Pleased with my order but the Aconitum arrived with mould on the tubers, also three of the bulbs are soft and rotting. I am trying to dry them out in the greenhouse but I rather think they have passed it.

For my Lupins received they have not started to grow yet. The two packs of bleeding hearts I ordered in March have still not arrived please reply Thank you.

All is in good condition except 2 out 10 of the Papaver Marlene bare root were rotten. All planted. Thanks.

I am very satisfied with plants ordered from you since I discovered you on line. I am somewhat concerned that the gladiolus bulbs and the begonias that I ordered some considerable time ago have still not arrived.

Good bulbs and delivery, however the reason I have a 4 was that my dahlia had snapped when I received it and I am not sure how it will be or grow.

Some rooted plants ordered recently have not grown. I have ordered quite a lot of plants, bulbs and corms with a majority of success (so far) in growth. So fairly happy.

Surprisingly my perennials were fine and well after some 11 days travelling. Only one Papaver vas dead. The dahlias were severely dry, same problem as last year, so can you please change to another Dahlia supplier? There was plenty of soil in the perennial packaging that´s really good! I was really surprised about the good condition of plants, hence the long delivery period.

The bulbs and flowers are excellent but sadly the delivery service by ERVI is very slow and poor. It is the only thing that puts me off buying more from this company. I would be happy to pay to get a better carrier.

Great choice of plants good customer service, my only criticism would be about delivery from the confirmation of despatch to actually getting your plants can run into weeks.
