They are tropical and adapted to warmer climates, usually they take around 1-3 months to sprout in warm conditions (around 20C or above). “I ordered two plants and delivery came in due course, when winter was over. The one plant was in top condition and has proved robust. The other bag contained just soil, on notifying Farmer Grace of the mishap, I got a reply the same day and a promise to send a new shipment. It arrived today and is a healthy specimen. I appreciated the response to the incident, which was quick, without excuses or doubting my word. Things I have encountered with other companies. So, I can recommend Farmer Gracy both as regards products and customer satisfaction.”

“Generally poor results. Crocuses were smaller than expected and and quite a number have failed to bloom. Narcisses, like wise. I'm hopeful that the tulips wil amazing as they are yet to bloom. Also "Bare Root" plants are somewhat of a gamble as the roots supplied can be underdeveloped and will be some time before bulking up into a descent specimen.”

“Easy web site, choices of payment, many many bulbs and plants to choose from prices much cheaper than garden centres.
