I ordered cannas and begonias from Farmergracy, they arrived I grew them only to find that the Deluxe Begonias I ordered are in fact Yellow begonias. Not at all what I ordered. Contacted Farmergracy theyv’e come back and said that the flowers will change colour!!!!, the fact the begonias are Yellow small flowers not 2 coloured and haven’t got frilly edges to the flowers doesn’t really matter. They keep saying the flowers will change colour (I can’t see that happening). I will not be ordering from them again and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that your begonias may be incorrect. The first flowers on begonias aren't always true, so we do advise waiting for more blooms to appear and then update us in a few weeks. Farmer gracy are a typical company these days never replied to my complaints about their not supplying plants just empty plastic bags with soil in them and other plant roots that just rotted away. Terrible company that has sales and will sell out of certain items but will just supply empty bags or put something dead in them.

Everything I ordered didn’t grow, except Dalia tubers, very disappointing, won’t buy again from you 😡 can’t send a video as there’s nothing to see

I’ve bought lots of plants and bulbs over the years from you and they’ve generally been great. I was disappointed though that the Colocasia 'Black Magic' bulb did not even break the surface. I did everything right according to the planting guide and kept it in a cool part of the greenhouse. I even asked one grower at the Harrogate Flower Show for advice. He said they are a tough bulb, give it time, so I did. Still nothing. Yesterday I bit the bullet and turned out the pot, the bulb was just mush. At nearly £10 for one bulb, it’s not something I expected.

Ordered dinner plate dahlia tubers ordinary dahlia grew, two out of three other bulbs failed completely . Very disappointed, will not buy from them again

only one decent size plant of each variety the rest too small and weak and still have not developed properly 19th June and only the decent sizes have flowered

I bought 5 sets of bulbs, angel wings, black iris, 4 o'clock, pink petticoats and monks hood. 15 June and only the 4oclocks have shown growth. Nothing else. The black iris already had small shoots when it arrived but have shown no further growth. I did not receive instructions on planting with the order so I had to look everything up. I paid £86 Last year for a Liam bulbs and not one off have come up. I am so disappointed I won’t be buying anymore from you. I did give some to my daughter who has a garden that is just beautiful and even she had no luck with them.

Been waiting for a parcel for 12 days now , sat in delivery centre . Contacted farmer gracy three times via email and got no response , good enough products in the last but customer service is terrible , now wanting a refund but they don't answer emails , also left message on messenger FB no response after three days still waiting, no way to treat customers!

It has not germinated yet! We are very disappointed We planted the bulbs straight away on 17/4/23, it is a month now there are no signs of sprouting!

I bought bare root plants 3 Salvia caradonna and 3 Salvia hot lips. I soaked them and potted them as instructed, but only one caradonna and no hot lips have sprouted.

Disappointed with my 3 white feather hostas I purchased 3 white hostas in February, it’s now mid May. They are not growing much at all, and the little growth they’ve gained is poor. Limp and uninteresting ! I still only have 2/3 leaves on each of them longest being approximately 15cm long. Would not recommend!

Very disappointed Order number = FG1117259 & FG1118779 My x3 Caldadium bulbs where very dry & haven't came through yet. Only 2 of three of the chocolate Cosmos are through but growth is slow. 1 of the Hosta "white feather" isn't white Trollius 2 of three are alive the 3rd isn't showing much signs of life So far the only Colocasia to come through is the Black Magic - the Illustrus Colocasia bulb was very soft Dahlia Imperialis is through and putting on growth although I feel the tuber was very dry on arrival I did give it a soak in water before planting Not overly impressed with any of my purchases, don't think I will use Farmer Gracey again
