“Ordered dahlia tubers. Quite a few of the tubers were broken and on one of them every tuber had broken off. FG sent out a replacement for that one right away. Customer service is great. Quality of product is ok”

Hello, Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. We do our utost to pack the tubers safely to avoid any damage while in transit however, on occasion, this cannot be prevented. We hope the replacement tuber arrives safely. “Farmer Gracy exude quality and choice. Easy to order. Kept up to date on dispatch and delivery. Quality plants/bulbs. Recent packaging is much better with bulbs individually wrapped, so no damage. Love the folder which includes order details, growing instructions and postcards which make great bookmarks. I will return….!👍😊”
