“Hello, Compared to previous years, the roots were pretty poor, and in the order prior to the current order, the condition of the roots was such that I had to throw them in the trash. Raymond Weinberger”

“Beautifully packaged Good communication Arrived yesterday and planted immediately. Many thanks 😊😊 but…… your quality control MUST be improved. My dahlia - Bergers Record - was a small shrivelled up specimen which had I been offered it as a freebie I would have refused it. The packet weighed almost nothing and although I planted it I will be exceptionally surprised if anything grows. The beautiful white dahlias which I was very excited about also weren’t great but fingers crossed 🤞 The others were all lovely Your company has a good reputation but your quality control could be improved”

“Brilliant company . Their perennials and bulbs are such good quality you can't really go wrong if you place an order with Farmer Gracy. when they arrive it feels such a treat when you open the box its a pleasure with little help booklets and pretty postcards you just know that they care about their customers . They also helped when I had forgotten to put my address properly on the order form so the courier could find my house . I can not recommend them highly enough .many thanks Farmer Gracy. Mrs kelf .”

“I am afraid the dahlia corms i received were of a very poor quality, dry and shrivelled. I have potted them but i am not very confident of a positive result. I must add that this is unusual as previous purchases have been very good.”

Hello, We are sorry to hear that there are concerns regarding the tubers received. Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant.
