Overall lovely flowers etc. just the quality is not always as it should be. Some bulbs are mouldy, not in a good condition or just simply dead

Individually well packed dahlias received as advised. Not planted yet as too cold.

Dahlia tubers arrived on time, well packaged 7 out of 8 good size the last one I don't have much hope for. Great range of varieties.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Dahlia tubers are naturally different shapes and sizes, often a tuber which appears small will still grow into a full-size flowering plant. If you wish to provide some photographs of the tubers in question, we can then asses them and offer reassurance regarding growth or arrange replacements if necessary. I can't complain about the products that I ordered. All exactly as described. My only complaint is that Farmer Gracy use EVRI as their courier. They are the worst delivery company ever. The package was left on my doorstep as I was out. I had asked them to leave it with my neighbour if I wasn't in. The package was 'out for delivery' according to the tracking on Saturday 15th Feb. It was eventually delivered on Wednesday 19th. The box was open but thankfully all items were intact. I was not impressed with EVRI's service, or should I say, lack of it. I'm afraid I won't be ordering from Farmer Gracy again whilst they are using Evri as their courier.

Disappointed it didn't make clear when ordering that some plants were root cuttings. Better information for what to do with them please.

I have had lots from you and when I have needed help everyone has been there for me particularly Sue and even when I have had disasters you have replaced my order. Some of my deliveries just looked like white roots with miniscul growth showing and did not work with lots of loving care but ha ho that’s life.and it’s sorted and I am sure I will find a spot in a corner to continue purchasing your great plants.

Very easy to use website. They keep in touch to let you know when delivery will be, plants are healthy on delivery but difficult to give feedback on plants as they haven’t grown yet.

Bit disappointing that ordered plants under your free postage, but because they had a slight reduction which I did not know they did not qualify for free postage. So did not order.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping to the UK. If a discount code is used and the value is reduced under £50 then the delivery fee would be applied. Would’ve been very good if you didn’t use Evri as the courier, they are terrible, never turn up when they’re supposed to and you’re lucky if you can find the parcel

My bulbs all arrived in apparently reasonable condition but I am no expert. I was disappointed to see that they were just in a box with a small amount of paper which hardly gave any protection at all as there were seven large bulbs in the box and must have been thrown around in trasit. I was also disappointed that there was no insert or guidance as to how to store them before planting them. I had to ask a gardener friend what to do. It would not take much to include a help sheet with some advice. I would give 3.5 stars if I could rather four.

All bulbs look healthy and I can't wait to see them in Spring. As these are unusual bulbs for me to grow, I'll be buying from here again. So much variety and explosion of colours available.

Slightly disappointed in that I had to chase up where my order was …received an immediate response and quick delivery. These bulbs were ordered a long time ago and my order had a refund for some Allium bulbs….was this because my order, hadn’t been processed properly…no explanation given by Farmer Grace. Bulbs are packaged very well, but did have two rotten daffodil bulbs in one packet. Would I use the again …yes.
