“Lovely watch and very well made. Would like to see a slightly better quality leather strap and I’d have been happy to pay slightly more for that. I’ve now bought the rubber strap and I like that a lot more. Otherwise, I love it.”

“I bought my Farer watch a year or so ago and have worn it every day since. I love this watch and have had so many compliments about it. A few days ago I purchased a new orange rubber strap and the watch and strap look so good together that the person sitting at the restaurant table next to us today leant over and actually asked me about my watch. Says it all really.....”

“I bought a Carter last year. Very attached to it and found I was wearing it to the exclusion of all my other watches. I particularly like Farer's unique use of colour. So I ordered a Hecla with a Cordovan strap. I am delighted with it. So unique.”

“This watch oozes class. It is great for those like myself who have small wrists but without looking like you have purposefully gone for a small watch. The dial definitely helps make it look larger on the eye than it actually is. Its stunning beautifully and the colours compliment each other well. Very happy with my purchase and for those considering I definitely recommend taking the plunge - you will not regret it. If only Farer offered more affordable options for storing it when travelling - current options are very dear so would be great if there were smaller watch rolls available.”

“I recently purchased the Farer Hudson and what a beautiful it is . The superb blue dial which takes on slightly different tones in the sunshine and to contrast the orange small seconds hand. Superbly put together with the top rate movement this has been an excellent buy and a stand out in my collection. If you add all the above to top rate service I am hugely impressed with Farer.”

“The quality is second to none and the Leven is an absolutely beautifully designed Aqua Compressor. The craftsmanship and detail are that of a watch five or even ten times the price. The movement is Swiss made, very accurate and fitted with a lovely custom rotor with a five year warranty. Customer service is excellent with great communication all the way through.”

“Very impressed by the watch, Ponting, lovely colours on the face are what drew me to it. Have it on either the blue or orange rubber as an informal summer watch. Makes a change from the other watches in the box. Strap changing so easy. Packaging is nice. Next day delivery, mine was with me around 10am, is brilliant. Would just like the option of longer straps as well, have emailed asking about this and am awaiting a reply. Overall well cuffed”

“I picked the explorer watch for it gorgeous looks. I love it even more now I have it to hold and wear as it is compact and light, excellently made, lovely to view working and even better to look at in reality, versus a magazine. I am very happy I made the decision to but it.”

“I had decided to purchase myself a nicer watch, not go to crazy and spend thousand and thousands of dollars, but maybe step up from just a simple sub $200 Fossil. I had a few criteria, I didn't want battery powered or quartz movement, needed to have or be swappable (and look good) with a leather strap, and I didn't want a huge case, in either diameter or depth. I searched for quite some time to find this, and then I found Farer, and more specifically the Hudson. I was instantly drawn to it. It has a beautiful face and dial, the "Sunray" blue face, as they call, really does look great in the light, and the small colors accents all work. It's a great size too, and fits well into my desired dimensions. The diameter is a little more modest at 37mm, though it doesn't feel smaller, as the dial is nice and wide, and pushes to the edge of the case, really using as much space as it can. Also at 8.3mm it's amazingly thin, and just has a great weight and feel on the the wrist, again without any real bulk. I do wish the dome/glass wasn't quite as thick, as it could be even thinner, but thats about it. I was a little nervous about the winding movement of the watch, and because of that, among other reasons, I spent a lot of time going back and forth with the Hudson and a automatic GMT. I felt the automatic movement might be better/more convenient overall, but there was just something about the hand-winding nature of it, something about keeping to it every day. I went with the discipline of daily winding and I'm very happy with my choice, and who knows I could pick up a GMT later. I enjoy the glass on the back and getting to watch the little gear turn is simple and amazing. Its one of my favorite moments I catch myself in now, to just have my elbows on my desk, head in my hands thinking, and just hearing the gears tick-tock away. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and I intend to be for quite some time.”

“I’m not one to rush into a purchase. Having a scientific background I have always been keen to look under the surface and understand what “lies beneath”. So I googled Farer extensively, checked out their social media and booked an appointment at their Ascot showroom (well worth a visit) so that I could see and FEEL the goods. Having decided on a model (Hopewell) and strap I could then share the details on Pinterest so that my darling wife could buy my birthday present confident I would be happy. I am absolutely delighted with her “choice” of present!! The Hopewell with grey leather strap (and now a navy rubber one) looks fab, keeps excellent time and pleases me greatly. I still love my Panerai and it will come out occasionally but my daily watch is now on my wrist. Thank you Farer, you’ve delivered an excellent timepiece.”
