I reached out to Farer with a question before I purchased my watch and they quickly and kindly responded to my inquiry. I ordered the Bradfield with the milanese bracelet after looking at it online and debating purchasing it for a few months and I couldn't be happier that I decided to get it. I love the watch and the playful use of color. I was worried that it would looks too small on my 7.25 in wrist, but it really does seem to wear larger than the specs alone would lead you to believe and I'm very pleased with the size. it seems so far to be keeping good time, and is running about 7 seconds late/24 hours, which is well within the acceptable range for this movement. The dial is beautiful and the finishing on the case is excellent. I was very impressed too that the watch arrived to me just two days after I placed the order, and I loved the handwritten thank-you note from the company. Overall I couldn't be happier with the watch!

I ordered an Ainsdale 2, which was despatched almost immediately. Lovely watch, and I am very happy with it. The protective case it comes in can also double as a travel case, which is a nice bonus. I have other, much more expensive watches in my collection, but this one does not stand out as being behind on finish or quality. Love it, and will probably be buying another Farer watch fairly soon.

I'm delighted with my new Resolute II automatic watch. Of course I can't comment on long-term performance at this stage but it's a fine combination of design and engineering that meets all of my expectations.

Excellent, rapid and friendly service. Would be a very nice watch, but the lack of a bezel means it needs to be a 38mm watch not a 40 mm watch. The fascinating lume is the watch's party trick but it doesn't last all that long. Shame that the caseback isn't engraved. Otherwise a good first attempt at selling and distinguishing itself within a crowded market.

Excellent communications, updates and sales service. All of their watches have a certain quality touch about them that, as a collector' I appreciate. The build quality, fit and finish is superb for the price level and stands on a par with my more expensive pieces. With a very minor gripe about the lume being somewhat underwhelming, I would heartily recommend their watches.

Just a stunningly beautiful timepiece, great British design and arresting colours, yet elegant.

I have admired Farer for some time now, the company ethics, the designs, the backstories to each product series, and the attention to detail and manufacture. After very long deliberation I chose to buy a Crooms II and I am delighted with it! The purchase was easy, delivery quick and the packaging and presentation excellent. The dial, case and crystal all work in perfect harmony together, and the dial colour(s) and sunray effect are just beautiful. The hands are sharp and clear, the lume is bright, the crown is a delight to operate and the whole thing is a beautiful and tactile experience. In short, it feels special and looks special. Why did I give four stars and not five? Two minor niggles. Firstly I find the date window just a bit too small, I have to make a very conscious effort to look at it rather than just being able to read it with a quick glance. Secondly, and slightly more annoying to my OCD style brain, the GMT hand is a tiny fraction misaligned, and I do mean a tiny bit. However the result is than when the minute and hour hands exactly line up at 4pm, for example, the GMT hand is just a fraction off-centre at the 16.00 indices. Only the tiniest fraction but enough so that I noticed it. That said, it's a gorgeous watch and I will definitely be purchasing another Farer model in the future.

This was my first Farer watch. The quality and finish are excellent. The design is superb, with a lovely retro look. People think it is vintage. The salmon/bronze-coloured dial with the burgundy leather strap is a great combination. I love that it is from a British brand. The use of a Swiss movement adds to the quality. The price is reasonable, and it's nice that they are not automatically discounting it.

I bought a Farer Cayley Azur and I have to say, the watch itself is great. But just with another leather strap. I‘ve around 12 watches and this strap is nearly the cheapest feeling and looking strap on a stock watch with such a price tag. On the website it‘s called leather but it‘s just cheap genuine leather that feels like plastic. For me, it‘s a keeper, but not with one of the original watch bands. Best regards

Hi Thilo, Thank you for your review. With regards to the strap you selected, Lion Granolo. This is made in the famous SIS factory in southern France. The SIS leather business is the primary supplier to Louis Vuitton and we are using identical leather skins as they are. So whilst you may not appreciate the strap in its style, the quality is not in doubt. Regards Farer Watch Co

Bought a steel watchband to offer a change to the watch I have with a leather strap. Great quality and finish and very fast delivery. Can't fault it.

Bought a hopewell a couple of months ago and love it! As per my previous review, it fits my wrist perfectly and has a lovely classic design without too OTT. I had to buy another, so, when the Resolute 2 became available, I jumped At the chance and purchased the steel bracelet too. Excellent company and these 2 watches are perfect for me!

I just received my watch last week, and I could not be more pleased. The resolute three-hand watch is beautiful. I catch myself staring at it. The legibility along with its accuracy, which is quite good, make it a solid everyday choice. It fits underneath my long sleeve shirts because of its Slim thickness. I am excited to purchase some alternate straps to use. Love it! Also glad that I waited for the new movement. The 68-hour power Reserve is a deal maker.

I've been a bit obsessed with the Erebus for a while but was gutted that I had procrastinated for so long it was out of stock by the time I had decided to get one. Then I got the mail about the Erebus II and it was purchased pretty quickly. One thing that had always interested me about it was the long second hand with the red arrow sweeping right around the very edge of the dial, then the simple aesthetic, black gold, Numerals at 12 and 6 and no complications to clutter things, pure aesthetic. The only thing i procrastinated about this time was the strap colour and style, i opted for the default - black barenia and i dont regret it, its a perfect complimented to the erebus and continues feel of the matt black dial, its really comfortable. I always find that watches, after some wear, develop a very different character to the one portrayed in pictures, and this is no different. I really like the slight box of the crystal, it gives the erebus another point of interest. Its also surprisingly thin - it keeps great time (gained about 20 seconds over 4 days) and the gold is much more of a draw, especially on the hands, the shape of which i've really come to appreciate. Ive ordered the Milanese now its in stock and the quick release straps mean im sure ill be swapping things around. Its had almost sole use and was my choice when i travelled abroad recently. The quality is high for the money and im more than happy with everything. I have a 6.75" wrist and this wears really well - the perfect size. Given it has so much dial i was worried it would wear too big but it doesn't. I wouldn't want it to be any smaller. Is it perfect ? no but it's not far off. If i were to be critical i would mainly point at the back of the second, hand, it catches reflections and on quick glance, more than once, ive thought i had scratched the crystal. Id also say the manual wind doesnt feel amazing but im being really picky here, this is a superb watch at the price point and im now a fully signed up Farer fanboy

I guess Farer is still considered a micro brand. I don’t purchase many micro brand watches but I couldn’t resist the Swann. Everything looked great on the website. Honestly I wasn’t expecting to be highly impressed but hopefully just impressed. I can say I am highly impressed. The finishing, movement and dial are fantastic. The details really make this watch punch above the price point. It’s one of the few watches where I don’t change the strap and that happens with brands like Omega and even Moser. Not because they’re low quality but they just seem stodgy. Not the Farer strap. The purple dial radiates and the multi colored hands are perfect in harmony. Someone in design really knows what they’re doing. The movement is beautiful and wonderful to look at. There’s one little critique and that’s the numbers in the date window seem crowded when it’s on a two digit date. It’s not annoying but it’s the only negative I can find in this watch. I look forward to see what Farer comes up with down the road.

I was in the market for a GMT and stumbled across Farer online. After fully immersing myself in their colour ways and design I was instantly hooked. I was lucky enough to try on a few watches and ask questions at the showroom before I made my purchase and it felt like I had been invited around a friends such was the relaxed atmosphere created by Paul. I settled on the Lander IV with the orange strap, accompanied by the classic metal bracelet, and couldn’t be happier. I could watch the movement through the exhibition case back for hours!

I purchased the Durham over a month ago, I just wanted to share its a marvellous watch . The "pebble" cushion case is so comfortable on my wrist. This appears to be a new direction for Farer and I applaud it.... Eyes on a Discovery or Resolute next...

The dial is too dark. The red color does not pop out as it does in promotional photos and renders. Under almost any light conditions, it looks more brown than red. The overall quality is Ok but not outstanding. The price is not justified. The price should be around US$500.

Hi Luis, Thank you for your feedback, what is unusual here, is it is completely contrary to all other views we have on the Discovery model. Many of the owners post their Discovery's on social media celebrating the change in dial from almost black to purple as light exposes the dial. With regards to the price reference, this is unsubstantiated so we will not comment. Regards Farer Watch Co
