Farer should be the "model of excellence" in the watch industry. Great execution of form and function , interesting and novel color schemes, well built and intriguing designs of watches that inspire watch collectors and the general public. The customer service I received has been phenomenal and professional Very prompt communication and always helpful to resolve the concern in a speedy manner. These are the reasons I am a customer now and in the future.

I purchased the new Farer Lissom forest. It is beautiful. The colors are strong and contrast well with each other. The dial is very nicely made, and feels great on the wrist. I am very excited to treasure this watch for many years to come.

If you can be bothered to read all this, not only does it review the whole process but will waste 5 minutes of your life, which you’ll never get back… I was looking to purchase a watch from a microbrand of the lower Thames Valley, so I shortlisted a couple of brands. I had previously seen Farer’s website and had been impressed by their style and range. Booking a showroom booking was very easy and it didn’t disappoint. Having been asked if there were any particular watches I was interested in, I replied that I was keen of 3 or 4 models, which were ready for viewing at my appointment. The saleswoman was not at all pushy. She was knowledgeable but not to the point of reeling off every known fact about each timepiece. I hadn’t made my decision by the time I left but I was certain that I’d end up with one of their gorgeous pieces, so I decided on the Endurance Limited Edition and was not disappointed. It’s a subtle yet strikingly elegant watch. The website image doesn’t really do it justice. It’s gunmetal grey case and anthracite face may appear black at first glance but take a much closer look and this is more that a “black” watch. In fact, I’d say it was like an after dinner mint. A quality one. One that you’d savour after a fine meal. It’s jade coloured numerals and second hand are like a classy mint fondant, enrobed by a delicate dark chocolate. Its size works well with my less than chunky wrist. The unique strap has the same jade colour lurking on the underside, so that again one would need to take a closer look to really appreciate this detail. This is for those who don’t want a watch to stand out, yet it does that. Not in a gareish or vulgar way. It doesn’t scream “look at me”, it whispers “come closer”. Then there’s the exhibition case back, with a sneaky, cheeky view of the La Joux Perret G101 in “soignee” finish. Subtle and classy. It fits on my wrist really well. In fact I purchased a second black rubber strap to save the unique leather strap from the brutality of my wrists in the hotter months. The last thing I want for this limited edition strap is to rot and perish. So I’m saving it for the cooler months. The delivery was near instantaneous in modern online ordering terms. 2 days after placing my order, I was opening the solid, tasteful, practical and high quality packaging to find my new bundle of joy inside. Yes, I’d buy another Farer watch in an instant. Or at least once I’ve felt I’ve earned myself the right to indulge again. I can’t wait.

I recently bought a cushion case 'Benham' and love it. I've heard a lot about Farer recently and honestly, was concerned that the hype would exceed the quality of the watch. I'm very pleasantly surprised to report that the watch exceeded my expectations in terms of fit/finish/beauty.

I took advatange of a short trip to London and popped out to Farer's showroom where I spend an hour or so with Paul talking watches and looking at nearly everything they offered, including all the strap options. I walked away with the Bradfield with the Pilot Blue Granolo Leather Strap and the Grey Suede Leather Strap. The whole experince was very positive! The watch itself is brilliant! The lume looks great and the massive dial is clear and easy to read.

A few months ago I happened upon Farer and absolutely loved their Aquamatic collection, specifically the Thurso. The Thurso was completely sold out, so I emailed customer service and asked them if any more were coming in. They said they would get in touch when they knew, and a few days later (much quicker than I anticipated) they emailed letting me know they had 2 left, and gave me the chance to purchase it before they added them to their website. I wasn't ready for the purchase just yet, so I passed...and over the next few weeks regretted my decision. As the weeks (and months) went by, I checked their website daily, but still no Thurso. I figured I would reach out one more time and ask if they had any laying around. To my surprise, they sourced the very last Thurso for me from their factory in Switzerland and I received it in time for Father's Day (a gift from my wife and daughter). Being the last one made it feel even more special. THAT is the type of customer service that attracts and keeps people connected to the brand. Most of my watch collection are divers. There is nothing out there like the Thurso…it’s absolutely stunning. The use of color and their attention to the smallest detail is unlike any other dive watch out there. My only concern was that the 38.5mm diameter would be too small for my wrist…but it just took a little getting used to. I won’t go into the specs of the watch, because you can find that all over the internet. All you need to know is…It’s perfect. It’s gorgeous. It’s summer. It’s beach. Lucky for me I live in Los Angeles, so the summer vibe is year-round…and I’m wearing it every day. Thank you Farer. Enhoy this shot from Father’s Day on Santa Monica Beach.

I’d been on the hunt for a proper quality timepiece for a while and finally pulled the trigger on the Discovery Olive from Farer. Safe to say, I’m stoked with the decision. Delivery was a breeze to Australia, it was quick and hassle-free, which is always a good start. I went for the custom engraving and it turned out brilliantly. Adds a nice personal touch without being over the top. The watch itself? Bloody impressive. The olive dial is unique without screaming for attention — just the right mix of character and class. The leather strap is thick and clearly well-made. It was a bit stiff out of the box but like a good pair of boots, it’s starting to mould to the wrist nicely. Farer’s attention to detail really shows. It feels like a watch that’ll be on my wrist for years to come as it's solid, reliable and stylish. Overall, this is a well-crafted timepiece with a lot of character. It looks like something that’s built to last and only gets better with wear. If you’re on the fence about investing in a Farer, I’d say it’s worth the leap.

Love my new Cayley Azul pilot! I had been looking for a right-sized pilot since most are way too big for my wrists. This one looks big but fits small. Great idea to drop the bezel and take the crystal out to the edges. The California dial sold it for me too. So unique! On one of the first days I wore the watch a guy came up and said he really like my watch and was shopping for a new one. I told him it was a Farer and later when I saw him again he was scrolling on his phone at your web site. Looks like another order coming from San Francisco Bay Area! thanx, Andrew J.

Picked up the Lomond II and have had it on my wrist a little over a month now, could not be happier with it. It has been at around +3 seconds a day, definitely the most accurate non quartz watch I own. I've been using it solely on the sailcloth strap and the closest thing to a complaint I can give is I wish it had a deployant clasp, but that's just a preference thing. I'm getting the bracelet sized soon and will edit if possible. Can not possibly recommend this watch and Farer enough, really happy with the purchase.

Absolutely love my Segrave III chronograph from Farer. Followed up the purchase with a couple of different Farer straps. These were really high quality, arrived very quickly and really change up the look of the watch quite a bit, making it more versatile. Love the brand and am waiting for a couple of sold out models to come back in stock to add to the collection.

I bought the Freshwater Aquamatic for my husband’s birthday, he had been wanting it for a while so I decided to surprise him. He is a big watch enthusiast and he loved it. He kept saying how the details were impeccable and the quality of the watch was amazing at the price range it is in. I am sure he will be collecting more in the future.

Purchashed a purple Discovery II from Farer a few weeks ago. It came the next day by Royal Mail so no long wait. What can I say ? Its all good, looks good and is ideal if you don't want a cluttered dial. The watch face is larger than many 39/40 mm watches so very easy to read the time. Even got a hand writted thank you card, nice touch !
