“I bought some Red items using the Valentine offer - I loved them so much I then bought everything I had planned to buy in Pigeon Gray in Red too! I plan to use them in our new motorhome (when we're allowed out again) Excellent service too, a missed tea towel was sent immediately.”

“Products are very good I love them all. Unfortunately I had a bad surprise when the shipment arrives... Vat was not included and on a 185€ purchase, I had to pay +80€ for vat and customs fees.”

“I am very pleased with my bowl purchase. The design, weight, is what I was looking for. And color is attractive. The best part is that they are stackable! We do a lot of eating and entertaining (pre and post COVID) outside. Cooking over an open fire, it is nice to have sturdy dinnerware. I have enamelware plates and mugs that have been passed down through several generations. However, I am down to four stackable mugs. Would you consider making stackable mugs? My mugs are bowl shaped, hold 12 oz, and the handles are open at the bottom - to allow them to stack. Much easier for picnicking! Thank you!”

“There are other brands that make similar products to Falcon, but nothing can beat the real thing. Beautifully crafted and hard-wearing. Customer service was prompt too as well as the delivery.”

“Enamel Cups / Shotglasses. I use them for a small coffee in the field. Or a sip of whiskey of course. I made a canvas pouch for my set of 4 cups.”

“The enamelware has chips and dings in the coating. On top of that I was hit with a really high customs fee, which I dont mind but wish I would have been informed of beforehand. (At least that such a fee could happen.)”

“Being much longer than expected was a bit of a shock when opening the package and is proving to be a bit of a hassle as I’ve got to adjust all of my recipes to full the monster. Possibly a smaller option ?”

“I guess I may have missed it, but I did not see that China makes your product on your website. How I though it was an original UK product. "An icon of British home life since 1920." Was so hoping it was. Too costly to return, and then you have a 20% on the Pillarbox Red color, after I place my order. I realize it is not just you. Everything is coming from China. Too bad really.”
