“I love the product but the color was so incredibly different from what it looked like online. I am aware that the enamel does not always come out the same every time but my items were orange, no where near the red they appeared to be on the website. I would have returned it if it wasn’t such a hassle to do it.”

“I ordered a loaf tin on 12/9/20 as a Christmas gift. I paid $25 for FedEx express shipping. To date (12/28), item not yet received. Falcon needs to set realistic expectations regarding shipping to the U.S. I realize this is a FedEx issue, but the Falcon website advertised a much more expeditious shipping timeframe which proved to be patently untrue.”

“Happy with the products. Would have given five stars if: 1. They were made in the UK 2. They didn't have blobs of gum to keep the labels in place and stickers on the base that all had to be scraped and soaked off before use, which took quite a while. 3. The packaging could be more environmentally friendly... There was a lot of bubblewrap and foam "noodles".”
