“The tumbler and pitcher are just as seen on website and the colors are so vibrant! One tumbler arrived chipped on the lip and customer service was prompt in sending me a replacement tumbler free of charge. Great product and great customer service that stands behind their products.”

“Didn’t arrive as DPD didn’t attempt to deliver. Response days after my email saying it was received back to them, not very helpful or polite. Didn’t refund full postage. Customer service and postage needs improving. Wouldn’t order again or recommend”

“Beautiful, functional, timeless design. Our family currently uses the plates, deep plates, and/or bowls at each meal, and our medium and large serving bowls are in heavy rotation. “Great quality, lovely colors. The rim on the tumblers seems much wider than it needs to be, making it a bit awkward to drink from. The rims on all pieces were adequately smooth, except for the pitchers. Not sure why they are different, but the sharpness of the rim is a shame. Other than those two points, I am extremely happy with everything about all the pieces I bought. Timely delivery, as well.”

“I have recently purchased two lots of Falconware (separate times). I had recycled all my old baking tins and realised that I’d not got any left. I wanted to try enamel tins (mainly because of childhood memories). I am pleased with the square tin, although if they made a smaller one, I would also buy that. I then bought the baking set and I am pleased with that too. This is perfect for a big family. Again, if there were smaller sets, I would buy that as I am an empty nester. What I was really impressed with, was that I am a Brit living in New York and I ordered both times on a Saturday night and both times they were delivered by the following Thursday. Amazing delivery service. Thank you FW and FedEx partnership!”

“I very much like the products, how ever It was NOT clear that extra taxes would be added to my purchase, which in fact added almost 90 euro (!!!) to my purchase. This was a setback to my economy since I had been saving up to be able to buy your products. I can recomend your products, but I would warn people to buy them online from your site.”
