Was very disappointed after taking a week off to lay floor to have to return the entire order due to heavy damage. Had to wait until the end of the week for replacement to arrive.

Poorly packed and no advice to corrier re appropriate handling hence 100% damaged meaning paid for a.m. next day delivery total joke costing me time money and stress. Really let me down. Still charged for delivering 3 days later ! Hopeless

The floor covering we ordered had been rolled with a large staple inside and this had punctured the flooring in a number of places. Our fitter managed to cut out most of these but a large crease remains. Luckily this is behind an open door. Very disappointing!

We haven't done very well so far as the flooring we tried to order from your website turned out to be no longer available - it would have been helpful if someone had checked this before sending us a sample.. We have looked at another and were promised a sample but that didn't arrive. I rang, there appeared to be nothing in your records about a sample being sent out but I am now promised that one should arrive this week. Your phone staff are friendly and appear knowledgeable. I would much prefer to have been able to give my order over the phone but was discouraged from doing this and told I'd have to provide my pin number. This isn't usually the case when ordering items by phone. Not in a position therefore to deliver a final verdict.

Misleading website that states FREE delivery for all orders over £199. But when you get to the checkout it wants to charge extra because of my postcode. I am in mainland Scotland NOT on an island but am penalized because of my address. I was going to place an order to cover two rooms to the value of £806 put have 'cut off my nose' and placed half of the original order. Then to add insult to injury because of my postcode and despite paying for the delivery it will take 3 days to deliver it and not one as is normal. I am a returning customer having bought flooring late last year but will now go elsewhere to buy next lot of flooring.

I was assured that I would get a call one hour before the driver arrive to delivery. This was extremely important as the builder was had to leave for a few hours to get more materials. It was only because he changed his plans that he was at home to accept the delivery. I was expecting that I would call him to let hm know the driver was on his way. If he hadn't stayed in then we would not have recived the floor ... I expect that if someone says they are going to do something then they do it.

I tried to order some laminate flooring but your system apparently flagged up the credit card I used as not being registered at the address provided. As the card has only ever been associated with this address I can only conclude that there must be some flaw in your system. I had to then scan a utility bill as requested by your representative as further proof of address. this involved a trip to the llocal ibrary and a waste of time as their system uses a different browser which proved not to be compatible with my e-mail. I did not hear anything further from the company and ended up cancelling the order as the builder was keen to progress without further loss of time. The refund was processed promptly and without any further problems.

You would not let me change the delivery address without cancelling my order. That is completely backwards and the customer service representative was really negative.\n\nWe order building supplies all of the time and I have never experience not being able to change the delivery address. This was inconvenient for both the delivery vehicle and my builders.

I would but I am still waiting for it to be delivered.It was supposed to arrive on the 24th April and for some reason didnt. I await the arrival of my flooring and will make my report when it arrives.I have to say it might have been for an unforseen reason i.e vehicle breakdown but I have not been contacted if this was the case. I look forward to its iminant arrival.

i have not fitted the flooringyet but hopefully it will be better thay the delivery company used ,\ni booked and paid for a timed delivery between 4-5 and it turned up at 1.30.\nthe delivery charge was refunded rightfully so but if thats what the company are offering then that is what customers should get .\nhopefully the laminate will make up for the problems ive had

I asked to be phoned an hour before but didn't recieve a telephone call at all - hence I wasn't in to sign for nor check the delivery - instead it was left with my plumber who had to lift it from the kerbside (which he wasn't happy about). So the delivery was poor. I have yet to check the contents of the packs although some look a little worse for wear at the ends.

I paid £155 for some tiles, £35 on top of this figure for delivery cost. Delivery was good and received item promptly. Once received I realised they weren't the tiles I wanted (first time buying tiles so I made the mistake there of getting vinyl). Called customer support and was shocked to find out I would have to pay £90 to return the products!!!! That would total £125 for delivery alone!! I feel this is something that is quite poor...\n\nJust to let you know. The guy I spoke to was lovely though so no fault there.

Whilst the ordering process and the delivery service were excellent, the product itself (Prestige Vivo Classic Baltic Beech) was very poor. The material is very fragile such that the tongues and grooves which make up the click system disinregrated at the slightest tough, also when tapping together, it didn't take much for the joints to pucker. All in all, the fits weren't positive at all and I had to be extremely careful putting it all together. I have fitted many laminate floors and this is by far the poorest quality I have come across.

Ensure website has accurate stock levels. After ordering samples from various suppliers, then ordering all flooring from supplier with required stock, I received a call a few days later informing me it was out of stock and offered an alternative and cheaper product for the same price? I asked for a slightly more expensive product which was refused. Although Lee was as helpful as he could be.

asked for colour matching or 'close as' T-bar and step-down bar to flooring ....but recieved honey coloured to go with dark brown floor.\n\n WOCA floor care waaaaay overpriced so bought it much cheaper from factory direct flooring.\n\nOverall an ok service, nothing outstanding until prices become more competitive, delivery was prompt and plenty of emails updating the status of the order which is a plus.

I ordered 2 samples online. Delivery time was as expected a few days but only 1 of the samples came instead of 2. No note to say 1 to follow.\n\n
