The lino was ripped on arrival. We were limited in time so cut off the torn part and will purchase an alternative cover flooring in place. Looks lovely delivered well but damaged.

Ordered a sample, arrived ok. Then proceeded to order flooring only to find that carriage to PH2 was going to be £53!!!! Never, ever paid a surcharge at this postal code. Contacted FDF Ltd about ridiculous carriage charge but reply, politely, amounted to 'Tough'! Eventually ordered similar flooring from Wood Floor Warehouse, arrived 3 days later, carriage cost £16! All fitted, very happy, give Wood Floor Warehouse a try.

Disappointing, ordered one box of flooring, paid £30 delivery and it appeared to be well packaged with polystyrene on the ends of the planks but when I unwrapped it ready to lay over the underlay every plank had the corner damaged which affected the click fitting, the pack had clearly been wrapped up already damaged so quality control is sadly lacking. Too late to return it so had to make do and cut off the damaged ends, not a straightforward fitting as hoped.

Allowed me to order a product that wasn't in stock. They did offer to swap for a different floor however if I'd wanted a different floor I would have ordered it. If a product isn't in stock the customer should be informed ahead of placing the order so they can make an informed decision.

The online pre-sales experience was nice. It was easy to search and filter products, Specially the room visualizer was of great help to finalize the ptoduct. However I am not happy with the quality of the product. Although it comes with a life time warranty, we started noticing surficial wear and tear and dents within a week after installation. Also notice the clicks are not strong enough, Clicks have started opening at lot of palces. Pursuing with the customer support team to claim the life time warrenty. So far the team is reasonably responsive. I would not recommend the product ("Life Glacier White Marble Tile Luxury Rigid Core Click Vinyl Flooring") and would request flooring direct to be more stringent with Quality checks.

Sorry to complain but this vinyl is very poor quality tears easily like paper. I have brought cheaper from supermarkets that are better so I will not be using you again. I can't faulty your service and delivery though just the product.

Disappointed with delivery service. No notice of when floor would be arriving. I received a mid morning text to say it would be arriving that day between 9-5 and within an hour, received a phone call saying it was outside house. I was however in work over an hour away so flooring was left on my driveway in the rain all day at risk of theft. When I got home to store flooring in the dry there was a note stating that it was my responsibility to confirm all material is correct and undamaged but there was nobody in the house at delivery to even sign. This is not a cheap amount of flooring so disappointed with the whole delivery process. Thanks Sean Cochlin

We ordered flooring the delivery was delayed twice promised a refund of delivery fee and a 10% discount which yet hasn't been recieved

I am slightly disappointed as when ordering my flooring I was told the date I would receive so went ahead and booked for it to be laid. To then receive an email the following day to say its out of stock and won't be in for another 3 weeks.

Not very happy as scratchers and marks very easily I have cuts chips and marks in it already just have it laid so definatly not impressed!

Wouldn't recommend I was heavily pregnant and my laminate was dropped on kerb side delivery didn't let you know the delivery untill last the day before, then right in-between all the laminate was the paper work saying to check everything before driver goes away or no refund well how's that's possible if under all your laminate and the laminate chips very easy won't recommend

Hi Chantelle, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The website does advise that it is a kerbside delivery, and you also have to tick a box to confirm adequate help will be on hand to get the goods inside before you make the payment. As you also pick the required delivery date when you place your order, we would assume you would be aware of the delivery date. You selected the standard delivery for the chosen day and a delivery window of between 08:00 - 18:00 ( standard delivery ) Regarding the notice on the pallet, the idea of this is to prompt you to check for any obvious signs of damage and to let us know ASAP if there is any issue. All laminate products will chip, scratch and dent if adequate care isn't taken to protect them. If you do have any concerns over the planks chipping, please contact our customer service team at info@factory-direct-flooring.co.uk

Not to the fitting standards of many other types used. Time consuming when fitting some go together ok some don’t .

Orderd herringbone laminate. Instructions on the packet differed to those I eventually found online.This led to my joiner wasting a days labour and a lot of cut planks before we realised the issue. Lots of planks chipped or wouldnt click in flush with the next due to imperfections in the grooves. Even without these 2 issues, wastage was about 25% not 10% recommended due to method of laying/pattern. These issues aside the colour and texture is nice, doesn't look fake or cheap at all. Disappointed overall and will be complaining.
