“Delivery efficient and well packaged on receipt. The flooring was as described in terms of colour & style however when package opened for fitting some boards were damaged along the joints. Luckily I was able to use these as off cuts around cirtenboard so didn't cause any major problems. Overall relatively good purchase.”

“Great looking vinyl at a great price, the inly negative I have is that the packagingg used for the vinyl is way too thin, it came with a few cuts and holes in the packaging, lucking there were only one or two marks\scratches and they were in parts that I had to cut out, so all in all very good, just need better packaging.”

“The samples arrived a little later that advised, but decent size sample allowing good visualisation of the graining, and texture. I would have given serious consideration to purchasing my flooring off one of the samples sent, but the indicated price per m2 was more expensive than that of a similar sample sent by another supplier.”

“Actually it is quite an attractive for the floor works projects. But there is a issue what makes me to think again as the size of the place I need to count accurately. The return or add on top will be a problem where transportation cost will be involved”

“We bought a quality flooring, Prestige Rustic Oak V-groove 8mm, on offer at nearly 1/2 price, the new patented clic lock stock. The quality was excellent, no catch! The sample arrived swiftly - true to online colour and description. Over 13 patterns to several boxes, which enabled us to get a very realistic floor, by making sure the repeats didn't clash. We'd certainly buy from this company again! Only lost a star because the delivery slot was broken, had to be next day and we'd got people in delivery day to await the 19 heavy boxes.”

“Order was 30 minutes after the latest estimate and almost all laminate flooring packs I ordered were ripped open to various degrees. Laminate itself seems fit for purpose and unphased. Need to have better truck packing so as not to harm products”

“I have given four stars as the vinyl is perfect, customer service was amazing but it came a day late which meant I had to mess about the man who I had booked to fit the vinyl. Thank fully he didn’t charge me for his lost time!”
