Good Afternoon, Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave a review. So sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your order as anticipated. We have recently switched couriers to try and ensure that all parcels are still delivered within the timeframe quoted whilst Royal Mail are having ongoing strikes. Unfortunately, due to the volume of parcels the courier is receiving to process in this peak time of year, and us as a company newly transitioning over to them this hasn’t come without it’s challenges. I ordered 4 products. Only 2 arrived, I was informed the other 2 products were out of stock so I asked for a refund. I received an email saying I’d be refunded for only 1 of the products and I’ve not had it.

I received my moisturiser and opened the box to find the tub unsealed, and with no spatula as the box indicates. Very disappointed ☹️

Good Afternoon, Apologies your product didn't arrive as you had expected. All products do come directly from the manufacturer and are unopened/unused. I am unable to find any correspondence from yourself in regards to this, as we could have raised this with the batch details to them directly for you to ensure this was as it should be. Sorry for the confusion, the daily radiance cream are no longer manufactured with a spatula so this wouldn't be included. Foundation came without packaging and pump didn’t work. Not what I expect when I am paying £50 for a foundation! Another item was out of stock.

I have investigated this for you and can see that you selected Free Standard UK Delivery (2-5 Working Days) upon checkout and your item arrived later than expected on the 6th working day. We sincerely apologise for this and any inconvenience this may have caused. The week that your order was placed, we had several royal mail strikes on which unfortunately but inevitably caused delays. We appreciate how frustrating this is for our customers, so we therefore reduced our premium DPD delivery cost to £3.99 to minimise delivery disruption. I can see from your correspondence with the team that unfortunately the item you had ordered was out of stock, and you should have been advised of this via email that there was an anticipated delay. The item had arrived into stock at that point and was shipping the following day. Due to the Royal Mail strikes this did affect the timescales of usual first class delivery, but I can see this has now been delivered to your requested safe place. Our emails to request a review go out the same time as your order dispatches, and you were also emailed a tracking link with delivery details when goods were dispatched, so apologies if you hadn't seen that. I can see that at time of order you selected the 'Free Standard UK delivery' option (2-5 working days). I never receive the product because the delivery took longer than estimated and I wast on that adress anymore. After I got the refund I that i was charged app 40eur because the product couldnt be delivered and they Had to sent it back. Very unprofessional company.

The delivery officer attempted delivery on the 23rd August, which was the 16th working day. They then attempted delivery again several days later. I can see that upon this being returned to us, our team contacted you and refunded you minus the delivery charge for this to be returned to us. I placed a large order of around £130 after a recommendation to use this company. Initially I was impressed, a good selection of products at a decent price, the edit box was good value. However, I ordered two of one item and only received one. I am in stalemate with the company as they say they put it in, I say I haven’t received it. I was sent a form to fill in which I was unable to edit, told I had been sent the CCTV footage to prove it was packed and I haven’t received that either. The item is low value at £8.40 but I have no reason to lie. I did not receive the item and no solution has been found. Disappointing service at the end after an initial good experience.

We appreciate how frustrating this process has been, we take non-receipt claims very seriously and the process we follow as a company ensures that we can fully investigate. We have reviewed the CCTV footage from our dispatch depot and this shows all the products were included and dispatched within your order. I have also reviewed the correspondence that you had with a member of customer services and can see that they offered to send you video evidence of this for your reference. We have not had any further communication from you, however I have now sent you this CCTV footage. After reviewing the CCTV footage, I have also reviewed your non-receipt claim and highlighted you have stated that the parcel has arrived to you in good condition and the seal was intact. We would request for you to double check all the packaging again, as we know all the items left our premises and arrived to you in good order. Due to the video evidence and the statements in your non-receipt claim, we will be unable to process a refund or a replacement on this occasion. My sincere apologies for any inconveniences caused. I can see from your correspondence with a member of the team that they had checked with the manufacturer, and they confirmed the product does not some with a scoop. In the product listing it shows that these are a 30 day supply and not individual shots, these are only available in the 24 where it is listed that these are in individual sachets. Last time ordered products of Mesoestetic were all dry. This time when the new stock got in place. I placed an order with a commitment of next day delivery. But my order was attempted to deliver after 3 days. I m no longer in town. Pls return the product and arrange refund. Extremely disappointed

I can see that your order was placed on a next day delivery as advised and did leave our warehouse as anticipated to fulfil this, but unfortunately hasn't then left the depot with Royal Mail in time to ensure your item was delivered on the day quoted.
