Purchased 2 mesoestetic post peel. Crystal fiber face masks pack of 5 ORDERED 10 Excepting it to arrive as shown in pictures advertised IN A PACKET BUT they send me the face mask out of the packet with NO EXPIRATION DATE whatsoever The Customer was an absolute shambles no help at all could not tell me what the expiry date was i would not have placed a order for this had I know this is how you would of sent me the item face the future I will most certainly consider elsewhere in the future especially with the poor customer service I have had it’s an absolute disgrace!!!

This was despatched on the 31st of May and delivered successfully on the 4th of June. I used cosmelan for 5 days and had bad reaction which is my skin burnt, i emailed to the FTF team to arrange return because of product wasn’t suitable for me and a lady get back to via email “Amber” she wasn’t helpful at all rude first she tried to tackle me by asking different questions and asked photo of the burnt skin which i sent then she asked about application of product as i told her first two days i used twice then reduced it to 1 application per day, she replied you followed the wrong routine which burnt your skin and it’s normal reaction, she doesn’t know anything about product and i think she needs to read the leaflet provided with cosmelan 2 where they recommended 3 application per day for first 4 weeks, but anyway i decide not to buy anything from them and never let my F&F. Also i believe she need some more training and customer service skills.

As we have an important reaction process to follow, you were then asked relevant questions so we could give you the appropriate advice on how to resolve this issue. As stated on the product listing, the use of Cosmelan 2, with its highly active ingredients, will cause skin redness and irritation in the initial stages and therefore the skin should be well-prepped before use of this product begins. This helps to minimise possible adverse reactions and helps to optimise results. Based on the information you gave us, unfortunately, you were using the Cosmelan 2 incorrectly, and against the guidelines stated on our website. As a result of this, we then offered guidance on how to use the product correctly, and how to minimise the risk of irritation going forward. As providing excellent customer service is important to us, I have since reviewed the correspondence between you and a member of our team and I am surprised to hear that you feel this way as I can see that they went above and beyond to assist you. I can also confirm that the information and advice received were correct and in line with the full Mesoestetic brand training, which all the team has received. Unfortunately, you ended the correspondence stating that you did not require any further assistance and did not want us to seek guidance from the manufacturer. I would not order from face the future again. I purchased a highly expensive package of items. Whilst they sent it tracked they didnt bother to get a signature for it. Long story short I did not receive the items, have not received a refund of £300. I would not order from this company again. Very distressing situation that was not handle with customer services at the forefront of their minds.

I have investigated this further for you and can see that one of our colleagues has raised a claim with Royal Mail due to you reporting the parcel as not delivered. As advised, this can take 30 days for them to complete an investigation and to give us an outcome, as the GPS does match the provided address and it was sent tracked and signed for. I appreciate this is frustrating and worrying for you, and I can assure you that as soon as we have the outcome of this claim, we will contact you right away. This is my first purchased from face the future and the product was cosmelan 2, i used the product for 5 days and it’s burnt and Bruce my skin after i decided to speak with the someone and manage to return the product as it is not suitable for me, i then email to to given email address and my email responded by “Amber” which is not helpful at all, first she tried to tackle me to ask different questions and asked for pictures of burnt face which i sent straight away after long conversations she told me it’s normal and i’m using product wrongly. I applied the cream 2 times( mentioned on prescription leaflet under the box 3 time a day) for two days then after reaction appeared i reduced it to once per day. she stopped answering my email right when i asked to speak someone else, i don’t recommend to anyone to purchase from face the future as they are not good with customer services.

Well I got my order yesterday, upon opening I noticed I had one item, I took picture of the box and weight of the box ,along with the picture of the item that was in the box- haven’t got an response. I emailed and wrote on their live chat . Being ignored. I’d appreciate if someone helped out, I’ve only used this website because 3 of my friends swore by it but I got low level service which I’m upset about. Could I get some assistance?

I have investigated this further for you and can see that you contacted us at 10.45 pm which is unfortunately out of our opening hours and a member of customer services responded to you the following day when our office was back open. We have since reviewed the CCTV footage from our dispatch depot and this shows all the following products were included and dispatched within your order. I can also see that video evidence was sent to you for your reference. After reviewing this CCTV footage, I have also reviewed your non-receipt form and highlighted you have stated in the completed form that the parcel arrived at you in good condition and the seal was intact. We would request for you to double-check all the packaging, as we know all the items left our premises and arrived to you in good order. Due to the video evidence and the statements in your non-receipt form, we will be unable to process a refund or a replacement on this occasion. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. The delivery fee was expensive and said 2-5 business days. 11 days later and my order has still not arrived. It has taken so long that I have had to go and buy an alternative product.

The product has not arrived. I purchased on the 26th March. Previously experiences have been better and more prompt. It is not even a specialised product I can easily buy it in boots.

My IMAGE Prevention30SPF change consistency and become curdy and hard to spread on skin,leaving the skin white and sticky.Spoke to customers service and the advise was to keep using the cream as is nothing wrong with it….☹️

Order canceled on the assumption of reselling the products without even being bothered contacting us prior to the cancelation. These products supposed to be Easter presents for my employees. Now we got nearly £700 stuck with them until the refund will be processed. Don't waste your time and money with them, is not worth it.

As stated in our terms and conditions, if due to stock shortage it appears to us that we are unlikely to be able to deliver the products within 5 working days of your order, we will either contact you within the said 5 working days period to agree a revised date for anticipated delivery or re-credit any sum/s that has been paid by you for the products concerned. I have investigated this further for you and can see that you placed an order with us on April 5th, and contacted us today, on the morning of the 5th working day. We would have contacted all customers affected by this manufacturing delay this afternoon, however as you stated that you needed the product by tomorrow and we could not fulfil this, an email confirming this refund was sent, alongside a discount code as an apology for the inconvenience caused. Your aggressive tone to the team during phone correspondence also cannot be tolerated and we would therefore advise that if you wish to communicate with us further, you do so in an appropriate manner. You then informed us on 29.3.22 that unfortunately you did not recieve this email and was still awaiting a response. We sincerely apologise that this email was not recieved and I can see that a member of the team advised that it may have gone to your junk/spam. Good afternoon Farhat, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us, I am really sorry to hear that you did not receive the results you were expecting from this product. With the new formulation there should now be a reduction of redness and discomfort due to additional ingredients. The new formula contains niacinamide and vitamin E to help nourish and protect the epidermal barrier & Glabra Root extract has an anti-inflammatory effect. I have however investigated this further for you and can see that a member of customer services responded to you promptly on 30.3.22 to advise of the new formula and explained that if you are still experiencing extreme discomfort, to let us know and we will be able to send over our reaction form to complete and escalate this further. I can see that upon checkout you selected our Free UK delivery service which is 2-5 working days, you placed an order with us on Sunday the 13th March and I can see that this was delivered on the 5th working day, the 18th March. We do aim to get our parcels shipped out as soon as possible, however we would recommend upgrading to our premium delivery service ( 1-3 working days ) if you require the parcel to arrive with you sooner. I sincerely apologise to also hear that your package also did not arrive as expected. I have double checked the tracking link provided and I can see this parcel is being logged as delivered on the 9th March to the provided address. However, I can see that since then a royal mail claim was raised right away for you after you informed us of your non-receipt.
