Bought items on sale which all sounded good until however upon receiving the vitamin pills, I checked the expiry and found the BBD date was 12 days since I received. Extremely unhappy and all communication with the company has been non existent. Wouldn’t use these cowboys if they was the last website on earth.

I have investigated this further for you and can see that you purchased this item under our clearance section and we made the expiry date very clear to avoid any disappointment. On the product description of your purchased item, it states: "This product is brand new but Expires at the end of September 2022" I can confirm that it is the end of September that they do expire so you have a month to use the 30-day supply. Failed to deliver. Fantastic to start with, great communication but they had problems with fulfillment. We stayed with them but the follow on package by Royal mail, since when did royal mail take a photo rather than a calling card? Our order was for several hundreds and they just dismissed our claim. We will never use them again. They should take non deliveries seriously and challenge their delivery companies.

I understand from looking at the correspondence you have had with one of our customer service team that there was some initial confusion in regards to the partial shipping of your order, due to the unavailability of one of your items. Upon further investigation, the order had dispatched in two shipments, and both sets of tracking information showing that the goods had been delivered to your requested address were provided to yourself. Our subscription service allows customers who regularly order the same product to save money and time, by having their order shipped automatically as required either on a 30, 60 or 90-day schedule. You do have to select this option at the time of checkout and also receive a follow-up email to inform of recurring payment. Good Afternoon, Hope you are well and thank you for your recent order. So sorry to hear you are not happy with your recent communication with us. Looking at the correspondence we have had with yourself, I can see that you contacted us to advise of receipt of a faulty product, to which our team advised to please return this for investigation and supplied you with a pre-paid returns label to do so. Upon receipt of the returned product to us, this was inspected and was found to be in full working order. Unfortunately, as per our terms and conditions we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened/used, and would need to have the item sent back out to you. I haven't yet received my product or even been given an indication from them of when I might see it, some 6 days after placing the order. Really poor service in this day and age of online shopping. Regardless of how good the product is (when it finally turns up), I won't be buying it from this company again!

I have investigated this further for you and can see that you selected Free UK Delivery 2-5 Working Days upon checkout. You placed your order on Friday 15th after 2 pm, which meant your item would not be dispatched until Monday at the earliest. This was then fulfilled on the 18th of July and delivered on the 20th, making it the third working day. As hard as we work to ensure parcels are despatched swiftly, we appreciate that many of our customers need their items as soon as possible. We would therefore recommend selecting Premium delivery 1-3 working days if you require the product sooner. I ordered the product in the Fourth of July and I still haven’t received it - today is the 18th. According to tracking you took a week to ship it and it’s been sitting in Leeds since then. Also, Northern Ireland is part of the U.K. and you shouldn’t charge more for delivery, which you do. Awful. I can’t review the cream but I’ll certainly need it by the time it arrives. If it ever arrives.

I appreciate there are much more important things going on in the world, however I am disappointed that I still haven't received my order from 4th Jun. There was an initial delay, then I got the wrong product, now another delay, I need to take the wrong product back to the post office to send it back, but I still won't have my product for another few weeks. As I say I don't wish to moan but I am frustrated!

Ordered a Color Science SPF 50 sunscreen in Bronze which turned out to be much lighter than shown on the website. This was unsuitable and Face The Future have refused to even exchange it despite misrepresenting the colour of the product on their site. This is very poor.
