I’ve been subscribed for monthly purchase without my consent. My card was used without my consent. And tried to cancel the order & subscription but everything through an email which I’ve sent , still waiting for the response back.

Rude staff As I was trying to explain something Sophie wouldn’t let me get my word in and kept speaking over me which ended in me shouting over her because I’d had enough of the awful customer service. After looking at reviews on Google I’ve seen a few other people have had bad experiences

Item was faulty meaning that my expensive serum leaked everywhere and Face the Future would not replace item even though I offered to send my faulty item back for inspection

I can only give 1 star as I haven’t received my order - Royal Mail tracking advises it will be delivered but I am yet to receive

I'd like to tell you what I think of the product but as it has failed to arrive I cant. I tried to c a cell the order before it was shipped and you refused. Now a week later i am sitting waiting for it to be delivered and getting nowhere. It has still not arrived.

The Order has not reached us... twice the DPD driver going to the wrong house, if they contacted on being at the wrong house someone could have gone out and tried to locate the driver. Third time cancelled to unforseen heavy snow fall. Tomorrow a fourth attempt will be made but will the driver be able to locate the address clearly marked and where the post deliver no problem at all when not on strike ! If at all possible that you can contact DPD to instruct if the driver cannot find the cottages then to text the delivery nos given at the time of the attempted delivery, so a person can come out and locate them. Thanks

Terrible company - ordered a Moroccan argon hair clay. Didn’t arrive for over a week - despite paying premium delivery. I had to chase, chase and chase again for updates. Avoid this company like the plague, poor customer service and no regard for you the consumer.

Absolutely useless. They sell products they do not stock then do not help when you contact them to resolve a problem. No response from emails and do not answer the phone.

This was due to unforeseen delays with our suppliers, however I can understand how disappointing and frustrating this is for you. I have investigated this further and can see that all emails and your original calls were answered to, as well as your request to speak to management. Unfortunately we had to terminate your calls and cease any future communication with you due to your extremely aggressive, abusive language and threatening behaviour. My purchase still hasn’t arrived and it’s been four weeks. Perhaps asking for reviews before the purchase has been received isn’t the way to go.
