My skin just got burned with cosmelan 2 i never ever buy that again . I regret i bought this .

Cosmelan 2 is a very intensive hyperpigmentation treatment and does come with side effects and downtime especially in initial stages. We had switched couriers to try and ensure that all parcels were still delivered within the timeframe quoted whilst Royal Mail are having ongoing strikes. Unfortunately due to the volume of orders received over the peak period and demand, this did cause further unexpected delays. Unfortunately I placed an order on the 19th November and there has been no update on where my order is it says it’s been delayed and will be delivered on the next working day but many working days have passed since this and its not arrived yet.

I am very sorry to hear that you didn't receive your parcel, we can appreciate how disappointing this is for you. I have investigated this further for you and can see that the order in question was due to your package going missing with Evri. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of parcels received over the peak period, some parcels were unexpectedly mislaid by our delivery couriers. I can see that a replacement has since been sent and received and we have logged the issue with Evri regarding original delivery to avoid instances like this in future. I have looked into this for you and can see from the tracking that we dispatched you order the same day this was placed, unfortunately, it doesn't appear you were in when delivery was attempted so this went to the local depot to arrange redelivery or collection. Unfortunately, damages are not completely avoidable when delivering fragile items and on this occasion it appears to have been damaged in transit. I was suppose to receive a free gift and it turned out to be the wrong serum, I sent an email and a lady name Natalie from customer service said they can’t do anything..it’s only while stocks last. Very disappointing as I spend£200

Unfortunately as mentioned all promotions/free gifts are limited while stock lasts and subject to availability, if not available then a replacement will be issued. In this instance I can see an alternative Vitamin C was supplied to yourself of the same value. Very disappointed this time, no notification when the parcel would arrive and I spent over £200.- and all I got for a free gift was a tiny off smelling sun screen cream and a £50. Voucher for a wine order???don't even drink alcohol, what if you can't use it for religious reasons?advertised was a skin ceutical delux serum worth £75.-

Disappointed in your delivery. I ordered some items 2 weeks ago and they took a week to get to me. As if that wasn't bad enough, I got an empty delivery package. I called to complain and the lady who spoke to me confirmed that my package will be resent using a priority postal service but I still did not get the product until 2 days after we spoke. No apologies, no compensation. Nothing. It's either you guys obviously do not understand the concept of customer service/satisfaction or you just take your customers for granted and do not care about them. It's such a big shame on you guys.

I have looked at the correspondence and can see that when you raised your initial query there had indeed been a system error, meaning some of the items hadn't been included within your parcel. The member of staff dealing with your query apologised and issued a replacement immediately along with a free gift on a premium delivery service. As this was raised after DPD had already been to collect our parcels for that day, your order then went the following day and was received the next day. I ordered on 8th November and my item arrived on 25th November! Face the future only dispatched the item on 14th to the courier, Evri. Evri then had it over 10 days. I would not recommend using either of them for this reason.

First time ordering from them and not a great experience. Ordered on 14th November and 12 days later the item still hasn’t arrived. Customer service haven’t really helped and keep saying that they’re looking into it after sending 3 emails (the item was gift that was ordered in plenty of time). The item is clearly lost and they should send out a replacement ASAP and then take up the issue with their chosen carrier company not ask the carrier to just keep waiting. Won’t be ordering from them again unfortunately

This order was great, quick delivery and competitive prices, however, tried to submit a further order on Black Friday and sad to say, you didn't do so well. Tried several times to add the discount code, but it wouldn't accept it. Sadly I shopped elsewhere this time x
