“The price on the website is very favorable. But as a customer from Ireland, I was a bit surprised to have to pay extra duties after the delivery. The price after customs duty lost its advantage, so I chose to return the goods. By the way, how long can I get a refund? Is it possible to get a full refund? Best regards, Qiam”

“This was the first time I've ordered from Face the Future, I was dubious as I'd not heard of it but then I found some great reviews and went ahead. The price of the product was the best I'd found in comparison to other sites, the transaction was straightforward and I received a sample. The reason for 4 stars is for two reasons, one, it took a little longer to arrive than I'd expected, I ordered on Friday and it didn't arrive until Wednesday. I'd ordered other products at the same time from other sites and they'd all arrived before this one. Two, when the product arrived the envelope was torn open, luckily this didn't affect the item, perhaps a box would be better. I would use them again in the future!”
