“Always a quick delivery. A little confusing with shipping method. I somehow ended up with Inpost which I didn’t want as I always have home delivery.”

“I've been shopping with FTF for a while now and have always appreciated the wide range of quality products available. However, I'd like to offer some constructive feedback regarding the loyalty program. Compared to other online retailers like Lookfantastic, the loyalty points and benefits at FTF are not as competitive. As a result, I find myself opting to shop elsewhere more frequently. I hope FTF considers enhancing its loyalty rewards to better retain and reward its loyal customers. Thanks”

“This company offers an excellent choice of brands and has a reward scheme. I was initially happy and then diappointed to see that I had earned a £20 Reward Voucher but could only use it if my "basket" came to £200 or more. So a measly 10% discount. While I was shopping to try to reach this limit, a notification popped up on my screen with a 20% discount, so, of course, I used this instead of my voucher. I don't think there should be a minimum spend when using a voucher that equates to 10%. Other offers are are throughtout the year are generously valued at 20%. The reweard scheme is disappointing. The products, however, and delivery service are excellent.”

“I do like Face The Future because of quick delivery and quality products. There is only one thing that I feel stops me from rating very good is the loyalty system. I spend at least £100 every month and I never get a discount. I have thousands of points but I can never get the discounts to work which is frustrating and disappointing.”

“Excellent service ,prompt delivery and all items within the packaging. However and it is avery big however the excessive packaging was not only unnecessary but incredibly wasteful even though all of cardboard was recyclable I feel that this matter should be addressed.”

“I love the products on face the future and the little mag you get full with insights and picks from the staff which are all very useful! My only niggle is that the reward points are full of caveats meaning you don’t always get to claim back the money if the products you have in your basket aren’t eligible. I haven’t been able to claim anything back for a while now.”
