“I’m not happy at all ..I received the wrong order , contacted customer Service by email , only got a reply from a AI ..and it’s impossible to speak to someone when calling the customer service number .”

“As it is difficult to buy on the high street, and then it's quite expensive, FF, is a welcome addition for me. The price is affordable, the web site was easy to navigate and they had it in stock. Very happy with my purchase.”

“The Sun cream I had to look into very carefully due to a reaction with long term Medication I'm taking was found at Face the Future -,:Wow what a face cream, it ticks ALL the boxes and I will be reordering it for as long as Face the Future stock it. Ordering was easy, and I had to nominate the delivery to my local Post Office as the Delivery Company were unable to deliver it to my local Supermarket, which is open for longer each day. It is a great purchase from a very good Supplier - Thank you SO much!”

“Due to the rewards deadline I decided to order a few more products which I have wanted to try in a while, I couldn’t access the rewards section so contacted customer support and spoke to a lovely & really helpful advisor called Suzanne, I believe. Excellent customer service skills, very polite, knowledgeable and so friendly, she’s a great asset to the company & I wish many more companies had advisors this professional.
