“I have received the parcel soaked, as the top for one of the products oil cleansing wasn't screwed properly. I have completed a damage form, waiting for my replacement please. I do order products from this company on regular basis, I do apreciate to receive a replacement asap please. Thank you”

“first time i have used face the future and got my dermalogica super rich repair for nearly £20 cheaper than any other site. It was delivered 2 days later with free postage over the moon i am and will defo use this site again”

“Nothing negative to say about the product or your your website or the quick dispatch, but I don’t know why suppliers still put their trust in sending their goods through EVRI. My parcel was left on the front doorstep in full view of the pavement for 6 hours and looked like it had been sat on my a giant hippo. Luckily the product was still intact inside, but I very rarely will buy anything if I know the delivery service is going to be through EVri as they cannot be trusted, time to change to a more reliable company guys!!”

“This is the only factor 50 sunscreen that doesn't burn or make my eyes itch. Its exactly what I was looking for and easy to find on their website. Very fast delivery. I would highly recommend this suncream,especially if you have watery sensitive eyes.”

“My parcel hasn’t arrived. EVRI gave bit delivered it to my address and their photograph doesn’t match my address or door. Please can you send me a replacement. I needed the creams for my holiday”

“I am very disappointed, my package is on its way back cause it was stuck at customs for many days and it is now automatically returned. FEDEX was the importer and its service in Greece is very poor, they were not responding in emails and there is not easy to connect with them over the phone. On top the importer was asking for documents I don’t have access to and were supposed to be provided by the shipper, so your end. Finally, I was not informed that customs costs would occur.I hope my money will be returned fast together with transport costs that I paid.”
