I have ordered Environ from FTF for several years now Points in April back up to 1550. Most recently purchased Dec 2023. So ordered £228 of products last week on Monday. No dispatch note after 2 days so last Wednesday I emailed to ask when I could expect products. Friday response email said, “as I was a nee client I first had to respond to a consultation email (that I had not received!) So I rang FTF to explain I was a longstanding client purchasing Environ and had last had a telephone consultation in Dec 2023 and also explained I had not received an email for a new consultation. The rudest young lady infuriated me by trying to say it was not her fault - implying it was mine for not completing a consultation I had never received. I had to drag an apology from her that was given in very bad humour. I cancelled my order and immediately bought Environ from a competitor. I then ordered sufficient from FTF to claim my points and will not be buying from FTF again. Zero customer service.

Hi We’re sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the experience you have had with ourselves at Face the Future and that this has not met your expectations. Our Environ products are subject to consultation, which we do clearly outline on our website. Alongside this, we do ensure that a new form is emailed when needed. These are required every 4 months, to allow us to release your order. This is due to the high concentration of active ingredients within the Environ range and is imposed directly by Environ to ensure the safety of our customers. You emailed customer service on the Thursday am and the customer service team responded on the Thursday at 12.19pm to complete the form. There is no record of your call from December, all calls are recorded and the customer service team were trying to help resolve this for you. Once again sorry you feel you will no longer purchase from us. Kind Regards Face the Future

Evri courier service that you use for delivery is one of the worst services . Had e.mail on Friday saying would be delivered then once again on Monday . I have not been out the door and they are saying no one home . I’ve had dealings with this service before . I’ve raised a complaint with them . I would appreciate if you could get in touch with them to see what had happened now with my product as this would deter me from ordering from you again . Which I am so sorry to say . Hi VOTARY, I was so looking forward to using your product, I saw it advertised on Good Morning, on T. V. I've been waiting patiently BUT haven't received your Serum. I'm really upset.!! I didn't received the items I bought. The postman confirm that it was delivered and took a a very unclear photo. And I am very furious and frustrated because its such a big amount.

I have exchanged my points to get products, and what i got was free samples. I am disappointed, because it also has only a small amount of the product. I don’t think that it has 15ml in it.

Parcel arrived soaked wet through. Items missing from package and the items that were in were damaged. Very frustrating and time consuming trying to organise return and replacement.

Do not order anything from this Company. I ordered two items, the most expensive one for £16.12 arrived together with a small item which I did not order. However the Lip balm for £7.50 was not in the package. I first telephoned to tell you of the missing item, I then had to email you. I then had to complete a long form. Today I received an email saying that you have looked on CCTV footage and saw the missing item was placed in the package. I suggest you have another look and take note that the lip balm was NOT placed in the package that was sent to me. AND THEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDING ME OR SEND A REPLACEMENT. You don't deserve one star !!!!

Unfortunately cream were old as water was comming out and came damaged -not by courier...box was fine ...they were broken inside ..will never ever buy anything

The product is excellent since I have been using it for a while now, but this time, the pump isn't working, and it lacks a twist-off cap. I've emailed customer service but haven't received a response yet.
