I paid for next day delivery 5 days ago and my products haven’t arrived yet. So at the moment I am not feeling super positive about Face the Future.

Poor customer service- they made me pay for the stuff they never sent me. Few items missing from the order the one I received was damaged.

Product arrived damaged and unusable. Was told I needed to return the product before I could get a replacement (submitted photo evidence). Have no issue with returning the faulty product, but I purchased the specialist foundation for post laser treatment, so now the product hasn't arrived in time. The product is beyond my usual budget and now a total loss to myself.

I paid for my moisturiser and they said it got delivered but when I arrived home it was not here I contacted you straightaway to inform of the item was not here and I am still waiting on a refund or replacement

Hi Susan, We're sorry to hear this. 🙁 We can see that our Customer Service Team provided assistance with this recently, advising that you had successfully created multiple discount codes from your points already. A copy of your code was also provided, in order to help you apply this to your next, valid order. As you had redeemed a 20% discount code, for 2,500, the minimum spend required would be £250. As your most recent order totalled £20.16, your claimed code would not be valid we're afraid. We can see that a guide to assist you has been sent, via email, on 9 occasions. There is something wrong with the website when accessing through Safari on iPhone - most of the links do not work but it works if I switch to Chrome. I thought the owners would have noticed it by now as it’s been like this for a while and Safari is the most popular iPhone browser.

Didn’t receive the products despite expedited shipping. Royal mail rang once and took off while we were opening the door. Left the country already so need this refunded asap

Very unhappy with the fact you can’t return even very high end products when you have a skin reaction to them (products which were supposed to be for people with skin conditions and sensitivities)

Hi everyone, ⚠️Please read this review before buying⚠️. Face the Future don’t have any return policy doesn’t matter how expensive product is simply they don’t accept return or exchange if you have problem with fake product or product not according to your needs. i been buying from them more than two years and this time i had problem with the product i bought the product and its looks like not original and texture is completely different from the previous Sunscreen i have used and i have been using same product from years so i know the quality and texture of the product, i contacted with there customer support which is completely awful and showed them pictures and my concern and requested for replacement which they completely ignored and giving useless explanation product is fine, well i don’t what to or how to challenge return policy if anyones know please guide me through it. but be aware before buying you will simply loss your money. there’s more online shops where you can buy the same products but with money back guarantee. Thanks

I haven’t heard back since! My problem is not resolved I mentioned that the website is showing the wrong coloured pills. Ultra is brown & ultra D is orange & green. Hence i bought the wrong pills. I need the latter

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They take your money and claim to have sent the goods but I didn’t receive it. They weren’t interested and, finally, had to claim the money back through the credit card.
