Received delivery very promptly, good quality skincare at reasonable prices, ordered over &200 to receive the gold tier free gift which was not included in my delivery, reported via contact form, chased up a week later, chased up again to be told they have found the contact form and emailed me to complete another form which had to be sent back to them followed up by an email today to tell me the cctv had recorded the free gift being pilot in my package. Only received ordered foods with a free sample of shampoo and conditioner absolutely appalling told to re checked package and they would not compensate me for the shortage as package not damaged on arrival. Why would I claim I have not received free gift when paid more than £204.50 for the goods. Really disappointed with the after service of this company as love the products ordered. No idea what the free gift was on the gold tier as not received despite them telling me it was packed for delivery. Not sure I would order again from this company again unless they can apologise and resolve the outstanding issue. Free item shown in photo below i. My delivery a small sample shampoo/conditioner

Terrible service from Face the Future - I purchased a new moisturiser that was recommended to me by them for sensitive skin with roseacea. The moisturiser left me with a severe reaction after use resulting in a trip to my dermatologist who confirmed it was an allergic reaction and prescribed me with a strong antihistamine. I contacted Face the Future who told me to fill in a long product reaction form which i completed and returned, only to then be told, that they only look into product reactions from customers 'within 28 days of receiving the product 'and because I was 3 days out of this time period they would be doing nothing more. I wouldn't advise anyone to use these guys, they'll advise you to use a product, which causes you harm then take zero responsibility for it afterward! I'm now stuck with an unusable £30 moisturiser! Unbelievable lack of any customer service or duty of care here - terrible.

This can also be located under our Reaction Terms here: https://www.facethefuture.co.uk/pages/returns 'If you have had a reaction to a product, please immediately report this in writing to Face the Future. Customers must notify us of any product reactions within 28 days of receipt of the order.' At Face the Future, we take matters like this seriously and take responsibility when the correct steps have been taken. These guidelines are also set by the manufacturers directly to ensure we are following there policies. These are in place to ensure items are correctly used, tested and checked. Very disappointed did not smell the same as Sampke. REFUSED TO REFUND Company agreed to refund and have now changed their mind and sending same products out to me for a second time. So my advice would be purchase with caution as products are not as concentrated as samples and products dissapointing. I spent over £50 for products I will not use. Pleasant but disappointing customer service.

Ordered something 21st Feb and it still hasn’t arrived. After emailing about it I had a response to ask on another delivery or refund. Requested another delivery and have heard nothing.

I have just received a e-mail from Face the Future saying that they haven’t heard from me for a while. The reason I don’t order anymore and never will is because I rang with a delivery query and was spoken to so rudely as was my partner who rang back after they literally slammed the phone down. It used to be a great company and now customer care has gone out the window. I have spent an awful lot of money on products (Skinceuticals being the major one) The girls who answer the phone are just dreadful, when they can be bothered to answer. I have found a super long standing company now. If you want dreadful delivery and shocking customer service this is the place to shop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have requested a refund- one month later and not received items. Evri was partly the issue but I didn't enjoy the stress of having to chase it up. Gave up in the end as wasn't worth the hassle. When customer service got back to me they were polite and helpful but took a while....still waiting if they will process my refund.....

I placed an order on 18/2/23. It still hasn’t been received. I have now submitted a non receipt form and chased it three times since then. The last time I was told they would chase it with their supervisor and contact me the following no day but failed to do so. Currently out of pocket for £52 and fed up trying to pursue. Can not recommend.

Placed my order on 27th feb still not recieved it apparently I have to wait 10 days before you can raise a claim. So I have to wait til the 13th march then email you and wait another 4 to 5 days before you respond. So basically I'm not getting my money back for a while ......

They sold my "Sample NOT For Sale" items. Please read before making any purchase with this company I could not like to give any bad public review but this time I would give a zero star if the option were there. I placed an order on the 13th of Feb and waited for a week without any update from the company. Then I sent an email to chase and no update either. Then I received an email informing me one of the items I ordered is out of stock so they will send it to me once it is available again perhaps in the w/c 27/02/2023. I think it must be affecting many customers so they sent a communication out instead of a response to my email. The following week they kindly sent me the rest of my items and a sample size of the item, which was out of stock at the time. However, I still had no full-size item received on w/c 27/02/2023 so I get in touch with customer service but there was not anyone to speak to which is very frustrating. By the end of the week, I finally received two “Free Sample Not for Sale” items instead of the full-size item without any further explanation from the company. The item costs “£114.99 even with the discount. I was shocked and not happy at all. I think the company is cheating customers. I emailed customer service again to raise my problem but all have been ignored. I have been a loyal customer for a few years with them and spent more than £600 shopping with the company recently and I am not impressed with the shopping experience at all. I have requested a refund on this item ASAP. I will take my business elsewhere because it is not worth of stress shopping with them anymore….

Due to stocking issues, the manufacturer supplied us with 15ml bottles to supply as a goodwill gesture for the delays. In order to fulfil these orders as quickly as possible, we then sent a further two 15ml to provide our customers with the correct amount ordered. As this was the case, no full size was to be sent and customers were advised on this. We can see that our Customer Service team have been in contact with you, within the quoted timescales, to advise further on this. The latest guidance provided has been that we will happily issue an exchange of the 15ml bottles supplied. In order to assist with this, a prepaid label has been provided. Once these have been received, we can than happily arrange an exchange or issue a full refund for the product. Kind regards, Face the Future

Although we're unable to see any correspondence with our Customer Service team regarding this, we have been able to locate your order. We can see that this was originally placed on the 26th February and was dispatched on the 1st March. It appears that this was then received by the courier on the 2nd March. This was then successfully delivered on the 8th March at 14:52pm. If this is not the case however, please contact us on shop@facethefuture.co.uk, so we can investigate this further for you. It took a week from placing my order for someone to get in touch with me and only after I had enquired about where my order was. I needed to fill in a form because of the ingredients in the products despite having purchased the same products from Face the Future on multiple previous occasions and having previously filled in the form more than once. It took approximately 2 weeks to receive my order.

All Environ products require an up to date consultation every 4 months. When an order is placed, this is sent of via email automatically, as well as being clearly outlined om our website with the below message: 'Please read before placing your order: Due to the high concentrations of active ingredients, new Environ customers will need to complete this short consultation form before their order can be dispatched. Orders can still be placed online, however they will not be dispatched until the consultation form has been completed.' These are required and put in place by Environ directly. This is due to the high level of active ingredients found within their products and is in place for the safety of all users. We can see that this was also outlined by our Customer Service team when you previously reached out to us on the 24th February. Your current consultation is valid until 27th June 2023. Near to expire products, with no response from customer services, despite emailing 3 times! The price for the SOS Skin Edit is great, until you receive the actual box. I bought it because it contained a Allies Of Skin moisturiser. This has an expiry/use by date of 09/08/2023 - 9th August, 2023. Now less than 5 months usage. Had there been a disclaimer contained in the description of products that some items are extremely close to expiry, then I could have made an informed decision to buy or not. I would not have purchased the Edit if I had had this information. Then to not answer my emails, of which I have sent three, is appalling customer service. I have been a previous customer and have spent a large amount of money via the website. I will no longer buy anything from Face The Future, or recommend the company to anyone else. In today's financially challenging climate, I would spend your money on a more honest company

The team have received 3 emails from yourself, as well as multiple Instagram messages. A response was sent on the 3rd March, where you were advised that due to the length left on the product, we wouldn't look to offer a refund or replacement. We can also advise here, that our Allies Of Skin products are dated in the American format - MM/DD/YY. With this in mind, the product received is dated until September. These products also come with a 9 month stability, under FDA requirements. We hope this clears things up for you. Kind regards, Face the Future

I am very disappointed with the order because there was a missing item from the box I ordered "The Skin Survival Edit" cream of Alies of skin is missing. Very incorrect. I write emails but they don't answer I call the phone and they keep saying the same thing for up to five working days and those days have passed and nothing. Extremely incorrect.
