My initial order was delayed being dispatched which meant I was out of town when it was eventually delivered. Face the Future then charged me postage to re-deliver.

Hi Patricia Unfortunately your order was delayed due to the delay in you completing the consultation form required, despite our attempts to contact you. The form needs to be updated every 4 months due to brand stipulation. Due to this your parcel was returned to us which meant we needed to redeliver to you at a cost. Kind Regards Face the Future

Really disappointed as thought the products were linked to my purchase of Medic8. Instead I received a lot of mishmash products. Definitely not worth the money at the so called reduced offer.

Hi IIona Sometimes Royal Mail will leave a card to say delivery has been attempted other times they don't unfortunately. This is something we do not have control over. I was excited to try this product after all the great reviews. I used my regular SPF 30 for the first week of my holiday and then switched to this on my second week. I followed the instructions, but burnt on the first day. I did not get a nice tan, but was sore and pink. Face the Future have been very unhelpful and cannot offer any support. Coco & Eve won’t help as I didn’t buy directly from them. I would not recommend this product or this company.

As advised by our Customer Service Team, we do not offer a money back guarantee and the item itself is neither defective or faulty. We of course advise that with all SPFs, reapplication is required frequently, especially after swimming. It is also advised to stay out of sun during the hottest times, utilizing shaded areas. Depending on the temperature where you are, a higher SPF may also be required. Kind regards, Face the Future

Hi Jane, We can see that our Customer Service Team sent a response to you, via email, on the 25th July: 'Thank you for getting in touch, I hope you are well. I have checked your order, and can see that the mesoestetic spray you purchased was from the clearance section, and that there may be damage to the packaging, which does include missing lids etc. Please be assured this product has not been used. Products arrived with no samples as promised I spent a huge amount so this is very disappointing. I also received the product in mashed boxes. I have emailed twice but had no response. Very poor service and quality, will not recommend.

I ordered the body lotion for pigmentation it didn't work at all I think this product is useless a waste of money I still have very dark pigmentation

Hi Generally, most customers will be able to witness visible lightening effects on their skin within 4-8 weeks of usage. For most customers, continuous application up to a period of 3 months is needed for true results, but results will vary according to the original skin tones of the users. Due to you only using the product for less than 2 weeks is probably why you haven't noticed any improvements yet. Kind Regards Face the Future

Hi Penny. As stated on UK Lash website the results will depend on what point your lashes are in their cycle when you start to use the product. Some see longer lashes in as little as 25 days, but 12 weeks is when you should expect to see full results. Kind Regards Face the Future

Disappointing - I ordered 3 items - two have a best before date of September 2024. The two are the same product so by the time I get to open the 2nd bottle it will be out of date.

I am not happy at all. I have been trying to return an item for a week now now. First, I had to wait for the initial returns request to be processed. Then, instead of simply deducting the returns postage charge from the total refund, like other normal shops do, I had to purchase a returns label separately - via what I first thought was a spam email. I am now not clear at all about what the next step is, and there is no information about this on your website. Having purchased a returns label, I was expecting an email with a QR code or the label attached. Instead, should I now wait for days for the label to arrive via post? If so, that will take me over the 30 days return period. You literally couldn't make it more difficult and confusing for people if you tried. Absolutely appalling. Avoid!
