Hi Hema From your tracking link it would appear that it is stuck in the Royal mail network as it left our warehouse the following day after you placed your order. I placed my order your website said it was in stock . I had very few updates from you to then get an email to say the reason I hadn't received my order was that it was out of stock therefore it was delayed . Poor service poor communication Becky

I can see we refunded your priority shipping of £5.99 as we thought we wouldn't be able to meet these timescales, however from your tracking information you received your parcel within 3 working days of order. Parcel delivered to the wrong address ..no redress whatsoever. Have to wait 28 days for them to sort with courier company. No refund, no substitute mailed out! Phot clearly shows parcel delivered elsewhere. Never shopping with this company again.

First purchase from them, sent 2 emails regarding the postal address I noticed PayPal had used missing part of my address, I contacted them twice to give the correct address (first time on the same day it was ordered), never received a reply. I work away from home and have no idea if my delivery ever made it to my house. Poor customer care, won't be ordering again.

I have emailed about a delivery problem and yet for this to be resolved. I feel it’s unacceptable that my package was put on to food recycle bags that were due to go out. Not only did it stop my waste being picked up but the box was all damp and dirty.

I received a really awful, offensive smelling product from this company. I complained but was told I had the correct item. No offer for me to exchange the item or a refund. I've thrown it in the bin.

We can see that the team did check the products which we hold and advised that the Heliocare 360 Mineral Tolerance Fluid SPF 50 is a tinted product and was as expected. As you had mentioned that someone had purchased a clear variant, we would recommend consulting on what Heliocare product this was as they are in fact tinted. I order 6 environ products 4 or which were delivered with their safety seals broken and two moisturiser pumps broken. I emailed face the future straight away and was told they don't know how this happened they are quality controlled check and this is not possibly. Feel somehow they were imying I had done this. The repose of post back and we'll refund your money simply isn't good enough. I will not be using this website again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Face The Future. My recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite clear instructions to deliver my parcel to my apartment, the courier simply dropped it at the front door of the building without even trying to contact me on the provided phone number. I reached out to Face The Future to reschedule the delivery (order #FTF918087) because, due to some last-minute arrangements, I had to go to the office that day. I wanted to ensure it would be delivered the next day, but they failed to take any action. Instead, they advised me to get in touch with Royal Mail. Given that I paid Face The Future for the delivery, I expect them to manage all matters related to my order, not their vendor. As a result, my parcel is now lost. This lack of responsibility and poor customer service is unacceptable. I expected better from a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. I will not be ordering from them again.
