“Ordering was fine, delivery was good. It went downhill from there. My wife believed her purchase was a hot air brush and believed that it was until she read the instructions. It is not what she wanted or needs bu, because she had taken it out of the plastic wrapper, it cannot be returned.very disappointing.”

“I think Face the Future is a fantastic, personal company. Any concerns I have ever had and a human being is at the end of the phone.. not AI. You are helpful,personable and provide great advice. “I'd never heard of this company and did a Company House check to be sure they were legit. Once this was established, I called to make my order and from the first Lady I spoke to who transferred me to the right department, I was welcomed and made to feel a valued customer. I even got a little gift with my revitalash order. The order arrived quickly and well packaged. I'm a firm customer from now on. Thank you!”
