“I’ve been a customer for a while but overall I do feel the customer service is slightly lacking. On the last occasion, I had asked if my order could be sent via signed for or recorded delivery (high value order) and if it could be dispatched on the same day to which the response was pretty much along the lines of - computer says no. In the past when I have asked for samples from the brand I use, the response was the same. Bit of a shame really.”
