“My initial order was delayed being dispatched which meant I was out of town when it was eventually delivered. Face the Future then charged me postage to re-deliver.”

Hi Patricia Unfortunately your order was delayed due to the delay in you completing the consultation form required, despite our attempts to contact you. The form needs to be updated every 4 months due to brand stipulation. Due to this your parcel was returned to us which meant we needed to redeliver to you at a cost. Kind Regards Face the Future
