“I received a faulty product and because it had leaked over the box I threw it in the bin I had taken pictures before this to show you but because I don’t have the product now you won’t refund me rediclous”

“I am brown skin and was skeptical and didn’t want to continue throwing money away. I suffered with melasma for approximately four years on my cheek bone which for some reason made my eyes look puffy. I have spent thousands on products , laser and peels all which made the Melasma worse . I continued trying products that promised to fade or improve the appearance to no avail . I decided to try cosmelan and skipped 1 because of the in salon price and being skeptical. I went straight to 2 and started using the product on 31/8/24, within a week of use i noticed a significant difference that I kept going to different mirrors to make sure I was seeing right. My best friend also noticed the difference without me saying anything. My Melasma on my cheeks were finally fading . I then purchased the other products recommended with step 2 in the hopes that it will further enhance cosmelan 2 . I having been using for almost one week .My skin is soft and has a glow. I’m loving the products and looking forward to seeing my skin improve further with time . Cosmelan has been a life changing experience. Im looking more in the mirror and feeling confident. If your out there doubting whether to purchase go ahead you will be pleasantly surprised. I can only imagine what the result would have been if I had done step 1 , but I can honestly say I’m very happy with the results I’m seeing with step 2 .”
