“These probiotic supplements are incredible - I have been using them for a couple of months and my skin is glowing. I have not had one menopausal spot which has never happened before. .For me, the biggest thing I have noticed is the change to my gut health. I love cheese but had to stop eating it a few years ago - the pain wasn't worth it; however, since taking these supplements, I can now enjoy it again. I also feel much, much less stressed. The first week or so, I had some mild stomach aches and the most awful wind (TMI) but that soon settled. There is no way I would have bought them if I hadn't received the 10 day supply in a mistakenly ordered mystery box as they are expensive and I certainly didn't think I needed them. I wouldn't be without them now though. They have vastly improved my appearance and most of all, my health.”
