“wide range of excellent products promptly delivered, somewhat disappointed by recent experience. I am a regular customer and ordered a large amount which qualified for a free gift advertised on website, only to be to told it wasnt available after the purchase with no alternative offered. Contacted customer services who basically just said thats the way it is and they would make sure they took the advert down! disappointing for loyal customers who regularly place larger orders”
