“So dissapointed with Face the Future. They were advertising an offer on this product at a reduced price of £47.20 which still showed when it was in my basket, when I clicked pay it advised I had purchased it at the original price of £59.00. I immediately sent an email to customer services advising that this had happened and either refund me the difference or cancel the order. When they eventually got back to me they advised that offer finished the night before and still sent the product. They should not have it still advertised the day after their sale had ended and they also ignored my request to cancel. Therefore I will not be ordering from them again or recommend them.”

We did respond to you within the 2 working days stated in our emails. Once an order has been placed and processed we are unable to make amendments to this as stated on our website. “This is the first time I have used face the future. I have moved recently and paying by PayPal I had forgotten to change the address. One telephone the next morning and all was sorted. I had my goods delivered earlier than expected. Well done face the future it’s a shame there are not more companies like yourselves where humans answer the phone. Would definitely recommend this company. Karen”

“Cleansing oil was delivered with a broken nozzle - the packaging was intact so must have been broken from the warehouse. Contacted FTF for a replacement nozzle, completed their damaged item form to be told 4 days later they don’t have any and the item can be returned or replaced or kept with a 10% discount. I cannot use the oil without the nozzle and should have been advised they don’t have replacements 4 days ago. Now I have to return and order again - will definitely be ordering elsewhere from now on.”
