“I never received my parcel. I was told it was delivered but when I went to the pick up point, it was never delivered. I checked each day and was told the same thing. Now I’m told my parcel is being returned and I’m just waiting for my refund as I never got my parcel so it’s only right that I get a refund. I’m sure the company is good but their delivery partner service has been a let down”

With Inpost you do need to collect from wherever you have choose as your collection point, or choose the option of Royal Mail at delivery page to have it delivered to your address.
