Disrespect, Racism & No skin colour diversity Disrespect, racism, no respect for black people's skin colour!! I have been a valued customer for about 4 years and have spent a lot of money with Face the Future. I recently was given a recommendation to use a moisturiser costing £54 and a serum costing £84. Immediately after using the moisturiser I turned GREY and ASHY. I could not leave the house with it on. I then decided to contact Face the Future with the hope that they will help resolve the issue. I spoke to a lady called Amber, who Immediately came back to say they have nothing they can do for me. I escalated the matter to management and Mia contacted me, who basically copied and pasted what Amber said and in addition to that Mia had the nerve to say "unfortunately this matter cannot be escalated further". I tried to explain in several emails that I did not want money back but would appreciate an exchange or something that I can use even if it costs less given I cannot use this moisturiser. No one listened, the arrogance is appalling!!! What upsets me most is that I've been a customer for so long. I've also returned a product without hassle a while back. To think that this company can be so insensitive to black people who are dark skinned makes me sick. DO NOT BUY from these people, insensitive and disrespectful to who we are!

so dissapointed as they sell products that claim to not give a white cast so of course individuals will buy them but when we buy them and the product I bought is not what was marketised it is somehow my fault and I don't even get a refund or replacement? I bought an spf they sold cause it claimed to be suitable for all skintones but when I buy it , it leaves very visible white cast yet the customer service team provided absoloutley no help as they won't offer any refund , replacement ect. so dissapointted I wasted 30 pound on an spf that can't even be put to use and the customer servuce team havent helped whatsoever.

I contacted face the future customer service as soon as I purchased and realised that I bought the wrong product. I wanted the order to be cancelled before despatch. Jessica responded that the order couldn't be cancelled because the product was despatched! . A couple of hours later, after her e-mail. I received a despatch Notification to advise that my order has been despatched. I will have to go to the post office to post back the product, which is an unnecessary inconvenience.

Bought item which came with a decent free gift. Free gift did not arrive and could not have fit in the box with the other items. Face the future insist it shows as sent, and require copious forms filling out to investigate. Despite my being a regular customer. Pretty outrageous.

Hi, Thank you so much for your feedback. I can confirm a full investigation was raised in regards to your missing item at which point we reviewed the CCTV footage of the order being packed. After reviewing this CCTV footage, we have also reviewed your non-receipt form and highlighted you have stated in the completed form the parcel arrived to you in good condition and the seal was intact. Due to the video evidence of the items being included and the statements in your non-receipt form advising the parcel was not in any way tampered with or damaged we are unable to escalate this claim any further. Parcel hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks, apparently stuck with Royal Mail. Having called 4 days ago and been told it would be sorted out and I would get a call the next day I still haven’t heard a thing.

Having been a customer for many years I am really disappointed with my last order and as a result I feel the need to leave this feedback The dispatch note from Face The Future only list 2 low value items and I enquired 3 time now as to the rest of my order £200+ and have not had a update. Face The Future are now using DPD for deliveries and for the last 5 days each day I have been informed a delivery will take place within a one hour slot, nothing has arrived. These deliveries are timed and are to be signed for, the only other option is to collect from their depot several miles away. There has been no attempt to deliver and today I received a message 5 minutes into the hour slot stating that they had missed me? I have provided my phone number and email address but no contact has been made, I feel that DPD is the customer and I am a problem even though I am paying for this service. I really have nothing better to do than wait for DPD to tell me when they are going to deliver that day only for them not to arrive. I am concerned regarding the viability of Face The Future and very glad I paid with a credit card the customer service seems to be avoiding my enquiry’s and being selective with their replies

I have been a customer for many years. I needed to spend 125 pounds on my last purchase in order to receive a free gift of eye moisture pads. I received the products I paid for but I did not receive the free promotion. Normally I receive good service, but this particular situation I did not.
