I ordered some Hairburst products and they never arrived although the tracking says they were delivered with a picture of the parcel but not showing where the parcel was left. I can not find it anywhere. I have reached out to get some help but there was no effort to help me at all. Quick to take your money but don’t want to help when you have an issue. I have paid for my products but received nothing! Never using them again.

I have checked the tracking and can see that the parcel does state that this was delivered to the address provided on your order. I am unable to find any correspondence from yourself in relation to this, so if you could please contact us at shop@facethefuture.co.uk then we can advise what information we require and raise this with Royal Mail as an investigation for you. I’m still waiting for the stuff to arrive. The email says delivered, but I haven’t got anything the photo of proof is not my address

I can see from the correspondence that unfortunately at time of order it appears you had missed off the house number, so the parcel was returned to us as a failed delivery. Item is always so slow to arrive. Delivery was not even made on one occasion. I had to fight to get my money back.

I’ve ordered on the 18th of December and after 12 days I’m still waiting for the product to come in. So disappointed.

Customer service does not get back with you and shipping takes forever. I placed an order on Dec. 4th and my package has still not been shipped. It is now Dec. 29th

I still haven't received the product. I paid over six pounds for a special delivery over a week ago. The royal mail didn't wait for me to answer the door and left a card . I called customer service and was told by a very rude girl that " if you can't answer the door in time, that's your fault ". This girl had such a bad attitude that I will not be buying from you again.

Product didn’t arrive before Xmas even though stated it would, and ordered in plenty of time. & was not due to delivery company, they took too long to dispatch items- very very disappointing

Ordered on 29th Nov, with a "2-7 working days" delivery promise. Finally dispatched on 10th Dec and received 17th Dec (13 working days later). Sent an email re delay, an automated reply said they'd get back to me within 3 days. Received no notification, apology or correspondence re the delay.
