“Ordering was quick and easy, and the price was competitive. Unfortunately on delivery the bottle was not done up tightly meaning that it had leaked slightly on transit. There was not too much missing from the bottle (estimate less than 1/5 of the product) but when you're paying £45 for a small bottle, any loss is relatively quite costly.”

“I made an order in this store, by mistake I ordered the wrong volume of one of the products and wrote about it to customer support, but no one has answered for more than a week, it is impossible to contact them by phone, it is very strange, the return period is expiring soon, I would really like this issue to be sorted out, then the rating will be revised”
