“I have environ stage 5 on direct debit and cannot fault face the future. They are always prompt with delivery and keep you up to date. I love the expanse of products they have and love the little freebies to try that I receive with my order.”

“Paid for next day delivery on Tuesday and didn’t receive the order until Friday. Please don’t pay extra for this service as it’s awful. I spoke to customer service and they were dreadful didn’t help at all.”

“I've been shopping with FTF for a while now and have always appreciated the wide range of quality products available. However, I'd like to offer some constructive feedback regarding the loyalty program. Compared to other online retailers like Lookfantastic, the loyalty points and benefits at FTF are not as competitive. As a result, I find myself opting to shop elsewhere more frequently. I hope FTF considers enhancing its loyalty rewards to better retain and reward its loyal customers. Thanks”
