“Shipment was handled poorly. I specified signature on delivery to your Customer Srevice via email. Package was dumped late at night with courier not ringing the gate bell. We only discovered delivery status through tracking the package. By the time we found the package, the rain had messed up the package. Never again would we wish to order from you. No need for refund or replacement. We found better source overseas with professional delivery done.”
