“I order Medik8 and Environ from Face The Future, as well as Hydropeptide sunscreen - all good, well regarded brands. I really like the very flexible subscribe and save feature, taking the need to remember to reorder when products are running down, and it's really easy to skip or change the frequency if you need it a little sooner, or still plenty and want to push it out a couple of weeks. And with a discount to boot! Certainly saves me time in shopping around. Very reliable, and good communication when my products are due to be shipped.”

“I’m not impressed that goods were dispatched which are not as shown on your website. The picture did not show a visible barcode on the bottle, the one that arrived did. A hand soap which cost nearly £40 was purely purchased for the aesthetics of the container, so to find a visible barcode is unacceptable to me and not what was shown at the time of purchasing”

“I tried to change the order just a few minutes after I had made it in order to get the product I required. This was not possible and it caused me money and time to send the product back on receipt and re-order. In fact it was so annoying I didn’t bother to re/order. I am awaiting my credit back and it is over a week so presume it will take for ever. Will never buy from here again.”
