“Having had a problematic skin over the years and tried hundreds of products i have been usuing eucerin after a visit abroad and purchased quite a few products to try ,honestly aft an imeadiate visable relief of improvement the progress began to only usuing these items.”

“I am currently having problems with the delivery of my package. I haven’t received it yet and Royal Mail emailed me to say they delivered it so not very happy at the moment”

“Hi, I regularly purchase brands that appear to be excluded from promotions, and while I continue to collect loyalty points, I rarely have the opportunity to redeem them. Could you clarify how the loyalty scheme is intended to benefit customers purchasing these products? I’d really appreciate your guidance.”
