“Received my item and it does not do anything, sent 2 emails to request a return / refund, absolutely no reply. They were given the option to reply to my second email by 5pm today, still no reply. So this is my review, don't buy anything from them cos if you need to return it, they ignore you, quite happy to bombard you with advertising emails though.”

“Misleading codes offered for 10% off which then don't work, loyalty scheme but you can't use the loyalty points on half the brands. Bombard you with messages and marketing so recommend you opt out! Free samples are OK but no better than those offered by competitors.”

“The prices are good if you have items on subscription and you get points for purchasing, spending your points seems a little impossible though. I tried to use points in my last subscription purchase but it wouldn't accept it at the checkout. I emailed straight away to ask what I needed to do and still waiting for a response two weeks later. It might be time to find another supplier.”
