“I ordered Illamasqua skin base shade 6.5 and everytime it went to checkout it was showing shade 01. I tried to fix this numerous times and it did the same thing. I thought maybe it was just the image that was the error so ordered anyway. The product that came was the shade 01 even though numerous times I selected 6.5”

“I haven't received my order, most probably it was delivered to a different address, even if I tried my best to help the customer service staff and asked them if they need any statements from myself or Concierge team (that nothing was deliverd on my name), I was told NO. Now I am threated with investigations and testimonies and GPS tracking and have to wait more than one month to find out what happened”
