“My order arrived in a sealed box with no noticeable damage, but upon opening, my order was not inside. There was a leaflet and a small free sample but not the item I ordered. I immediately photographed the box and items received and sent an email to report the missing item. Today I spoke to a lady who sent me a form to complete and said she would review their CCTV upon it's return. I have now been advised she has looked at the CCTV and the item was packed so it's case closed and there will be no replacement or refund. I don't complain for no reason and I'm not in the habit of trying to scam companies for £30, so I am bitterly frustrated with this response. My gut feeling is that there is no CCTV and if there is, it is not clear enough to know who's package is being prepared at any given time, and if it is, I would like a copy of that video evidence because I can categorically say that the item in question was definitely not in the box. This is very poor customer service as the only conclusion that can be reached is that Face the Future are calling me a liar.”

“I Have ordered in the past & it has always been fine. Unfortunately this time my cleanser arrived & the seal inside was already peeled back as though it had already been opened. I was very disappointed.”
