“Great price. Accidentally ordered the wrong item. Emailed straightaway but advised that no change could be made. Return details available on yiur website. It should involved some many instructions none in favour of the customer that I decided to keep. The result is I will not order from you again.”

“Avoid this company at all costs. Sent me a damaged item, took an age to reply to my initial email. Sent me a return label that wouldn't print and blamed me. Then sent a QR code, and I returned the damaged item. The company then claimed I didn't return the correct item, which is not the case. Asked them to provide clear evidence, which I am still waiting to see. Asked them to return the items I apparently sent, and they attempted to charge me for it. 1 month after I was sent a damaged item, and they still haven't refunded me. So, I have now had to contact my CC company to arrange a chargeback against them. Having worked in the industry for 15+ years I have never come across a situation like this, which has been dealt with so poorly.”

After reviewing the case, we can confirm that our customer service team responded to all emails within our response timeframes and worked to assist throughout the process. When the return was received at our warehouse, the damaged item that was sent back formed part of a set. In order for us to process a refund in line with our returns policy, the full set would need to be returned rather than an individual item. Additionally, our team noted that an item was included in the return that did not match any product on the original order. Because of this discrepancy, the return could not be processed in the usual way and our team requested further clarification. We understand that situations like this can be frustrating and we are always happy to review any additional evidence so that we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
