“I have loads of loyalty points and I’m keen to cash them in. Why is it so difficult to do this? You just need a box I can click in. Last tile I was told to wait until payment. But I couldn’t see any way of redeem my points. This keeps happening and has got very annoying. Everything else on the website works well”
