“We bought a phone for our son for Christmas but it was locked and unable to use. We contacted our provider and told they couldn’t help us. We were really upset but after searching and looking for ways for it to be done we came across Express Unlocks. It’s was straight forward and easy to use. We were annoyed that the person we bought it from cause such a hassle but thankfully you have Express Unlocks that helped us. If we ever have any issue will 100% use them again. “I paid £66 in total. I was very skeptical after reading the bad reviews on trust pilot as I had already paid for the service and I quickly tried to message the company to get a refund, however when I woke up the next morning I received an email to say that my phone has been unlocked, it is an iPhone 12 that was locked to an American network ATT , I live in the UK. The reviews on trust pilot caused me to feel a horrible amount of stress as they led me to believe I was scammed. Although I couldn’t truly afford to pay £66 I knew I had to as I had broken my other phone. People should make sure they have carefully checked they put the correct IMEI Number and everything before leaving bad reviews as this stressed me out for no reason... Thank you expressunlocks ! My iPhone 12 is now unlocked and I’m able to put my sim into it ! Very grateful , however I will admit that the pricing at each step was not clearly stated and that the pricing is high for a network unlock. Nevertheless you got the job done, thank you ! My phone was unlocked within 12 hours”

“There aas a little bit confusion on the pricing at first but i contacted support and they were very polite and helped me through i had no issues My phone was unlocked in about 12 hours but it stated would take upto 3 days so was pleasantly surprised when the following morning i had the unlock codes needed for my phone I would recommend”

“My iPhone X locked to o2 was successfully unlocked. It did take a bit longer than I’d hoped and I started to get worried it might not work, but I am happy to say it did! Although it took 11 days rather than the estimated 2 days, I was kept updated with progress and also when I sent a message to support they came back promptly. Thanks!”
