I'm sorry but I spent 24.99, then 41.00 for nothing! It was not unlocked! I'm so upset because I borrowed the money to get a new phone. Now I've spent 100. for a phone which I cant use and I'm without a phone, I live 60 miles out of town, and no income so no money to get another phone. I was really counting on this to work. They want me to pay yet more money to try with USB. I dont have it. I feel Ive paid enough! Why should I have to pay even more to this company who probably does nothing but collect our money for really no kind of service. I'm so tired of being ripped off on the internet.

Rip off. Paid $20 expecting this was all that was required. Then was required to pay $80. Then was told need to wait for 5 days to receive the codes.

Just call your servuce provider. They make you think you need them to unlock a phone but you don’t it’s a scam

It took over 3 week to unlock my phone. They don't reply to emails from customers. I don't recommend Express Unlock to my worst enemy. This how bad they are.

Use this website in error, found that there was no details of the cost of unlock once you had paid to find out if you could unlock. Poor website, extortionate cost. Don't use

It took days to get unlock code. And then when after 5 days of waiting, I requested a full refund. Then then didn't respond for another couple days and then finally got me a code. So request a refund and they work faster. I don't recommend.

Took 7 days to get codes to unlock phone and only used service as had good reviews from 10 mins to 48hrs to get codes. Was very disappointed. Messaged 3 times to see what the hold up was and it was only on 3rd message when I explained that it was for an 80yr old woman who had now been without a phone for 7 days within 10 minutes of that message and progress still sitting at 53% did the codes miraculously appear in an email

This service was unnecessary for me as I ended up unlocking my device on my own after waiting for 24 hours and no progress. It cost me $80 and I did the job myself. I tried to get a refund when my status was at 2% unlocked but no one responded for another more than 24 hours and was told no refund because the progress was too far in but the phone was already completely unlocked and being used by me. Would not recommend, this site is a scam.

I'm not happy at all, I was made to pay lots of money then I was told the phone was unlocked but it wasn't, had to spend more money taking the phone back to the store.

Not honest about the cost, 11.99 initially advised as free, then 11.99, and once you commit to that, an additional 26.00. So very misleading, and it won't take an hour, at one point they quoted 5 days after waiting an hour on their app!

Hi, I waited 10 days for unlock my phone, the updated are slow, no proper communication. I felt I been scammed becouse the always wright the same message to answer my query. The main issue: 10 days is not an express service. I'm really disappointed and would not recommend this service to my friends. Thanks!

Avoid at all costs. Entice you in with a cheap first payment, then ask for another payment. Took me 4 days waiting for codes, then told me to use a sim from outside Europe. How on earth can I do that. Help chat gone quiet. Absolute scam who should be shut down. Obviously made up thousands of 5 star reviews. Should have done more research before using.

First I paid 28 dollars, then they said I need to pay 36 more. I paid, unlock is succeed but sim still doesn’t work in my phone. My phone see the sim, but my İmei is still blocked and I have no service.

This site is nothing more than a scam you pay £11 something which sounds fair. And then at a later Stage in the process you are required to pay another £26 something which i wouldn't have paid if I had known it was going to cost me £37 something and then they attempt to bribe you with £10 if you give them a review. Well shove the £10 where the sun doesn't shine

Not great, They charge you to first check if you can then want £40 to unlock the device. They are a rip off and the unlock didn't even work I had to go to another company to get it done.
