This service was unnecessary for me as I ended up unlocking my device on my own after waiting for 24 hours and no progress. It cost me $80 and I did the job myself. I tried to get a refund when my status was at 2% unlocked but no one responded for another more than 24 hours and was told no refund because the progress was too far in but the phone was already completely unlocked and being used by me. Would not recommend, this site is a scam.

I'm not happy at all, I was made to pay lots of money then I was told the phone was unlocked but it wasn't, had to spend more money taking the phone back to the store.

Not honest about the cost, 11.99 initially advised as free, then 11.99, and once you commit to that, an additional 26.00. So very misleading, and it won't take an hour, at one point they quoted 5 days after waiting an hour on their app!

Hi, I waited 10 days for unlock my phone, the updated are slow, no proper communication. I felt I been scammed becouse the always wright the same message to answer my query. The main issue: 10 days is not an express service. I'm really disappointed and would not recommend this service to my friends. Thanks!

Paid the check fee followed by the full payment to unlock a iPhone from O2 taken twenty days to press and still not unlocked fee ripped off by a company that can’t deliver the goods taken the money but failed to deliver what they said they could do a complete rip off stay well clear if where you defo not recommended as far as I’m concerned

Avoid at all costs. Entice you in with a cheap first payment, then ask for another payment. Took me 4 days waiting for codes, then told me to use a sim from outside Europe. How on earth can I do that. Help chat gone quiet. Absolute scam who should be shut down. Obviously made up thousands of 5 star reviews. Should have done more research before using.

I paid £116.97 to unlock my Samsung S24 Ultra (T-Mobile), but after months of waiting it’s still not unlocked. No refund, no proper support. Very disappointed. Avoid this service! Mrs Gill

First I paid 28 dollars, then they said I need to pay 36 more. I paid, unlock is succeed but sim still doesn’t work in my phone. My phone see the sim, but my İmei is still blocked and I have no service.

This site is nothing more than a scam you pay £11 something which sounds fair. And then at a later Stage in the process you are required to pay another £26 something which i wouldn't have paid if I had known it was going to cost me £37 something and then they attempt to bribe you with £10 if you give them a review. Well shove the £10 where the sun doesn't shine

Not great, They charge you to first check if you can then want £40 to unlock the device. They are a rip off and the unlock didn't even work I had to go to another company to get it done.

Scam. I paid for them to unlock my iPhone. Paid for their service and after a while they marked my iPhone as unlocked. But my phone still says SIM locked. Their customer support was very unresponsive. It tooks days before they finally responded to my ticket. Actually, they only responded when I left a negative review on Trustpilot. And even after a few exchanged messages, they weren't acknowledging the fact that they didn't unlock my phone because, in their system, it already shows "Unlock Complete". Total scam. Anybody can place that on their system and call it a day. I went to my carrier with 2 phones, one of them is the phone that Expressunlocks claim to have unlocked. In 24 hours, my carrier unlocked both phones. And they didn't tell me that ExpressUnlocks or any other company or person or system attempted to unlock one of the phones. Which proves that ExpressUnlocks is a scam. Don't bother paying them to unlock your phones. Just go to your carrier and its free and quick.

NO NO NO, they are big time scammers. At first they ask 11£ to uplock my phone, then after 1 hour i got an email from them by saying "The initial check on your phone is successful, Please pay 24£ to unlock your phone". After 1 hour received another email by claiming that my phone is unlocked. And get refund of 10£ to rate us 5 stars. Such a big scale of scamming people who are desprate to get their phone unlocked.
